Excellent house, located in the Condominium Fazenda Praia do Forte, integrated with nature, with swimming pool, gym, rustic lounge and country kitchen.

My space has 4 suites, both with air conditioning and a living room integrated with the kitchen. In the external area, a gourmet balcony with barbecue, swimming pool and hammock.

We take care of the house with all the affection and care, in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**Water and energy consumption is charged at the end of the stay;

***A deposit of R$1,500.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.

The composition of the rooms is as follows:

Suite 1 (ground floor): 3 single beds, split air conditioning, fan, blackout curtain and wardrobe;

Suite 2 (superior): 2 single beds, split air conditioning, blackout curtain and wardrobe;

Suite 3 (superior): 2 single beds, split air conditioning, blackout curtain and wardrobe;

Suite 4 (superior): 1 double bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtain and wardrobe.

Note: Suites 2 and 3 can join the single beds to make a double bed.

Charming condominium at the entrance of Praia do Forte, integrated with nature. It has strict rules of coexistence and respect among neighbors and protection of nature. It is adjacent to the Sapiranga Ecological Reserve and has a wide variety of birds. It has a club with swimming pool, gym, rustic lounge and rustic cuisine.
