Ideal for getaways with the family and couples retreats, this 200-year-old stone cottage benefits from a spacious open plan living and dining area, kitchen, two double bedrooms and a shower room. Just a short stroll from Matlock town centre, youâll be perfectly placed to enjoy everything the Derbyshire and the Peak District has to offer.
The Space:
Church View Cottage has a stylish open plan living and dining area. The space has been decorated with a green feature wall, a flat screen Smart TV and neutral-coloured sofas to create a beautiful space to relax.
You can enjoy your meals at the traditional dining table which is accompanied by four matching wooden chairs.
Youâll have everything you could need to prepare meals during your stay as the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and cookware.
On the first floor, youâll find two double bedrooms. The master bedroom features a sage green wooden feature wall to add a pop of colour to the otherwise neutral space. A lovely space to unwind, there is plush bedding to ensure you have a great nightâs sleep.
The family bathroom can be found in between both bedrooms and boasts a walk-in shower, WC and wash basin.
Head to the second bedroom and youâll find another double bed with the same colour scheme as the master bedroom. Sleep better in the orthopaedic support mattresses that can be found in both bedrooms.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full property. The keys to Church View Cottage are accessed via a key safe box, and full details will be provided prior to your stay.
Free on-street parking is available nearby on a first come, first served basis. No permit is required.
Two well-behaved dogs are welcome to stay at Church View Cottage per reservation.
A sofa bed is available at Church View Cottage and this can be made up upon request. This will increase the occupancy to six.
