The view from our unit is really one of the best in the complex. You'll never want to leave!

Our 1000-square-foot (includes lanai) one-bedroom vacation rental condominium is located overlooking the eighth fairway of the Kaluakoi Golf Course (closed 4/2008) with unspoiled views of PãpÔhaku Beach (three-mile beach), Kepuhi Bay, the natural terrain, and those famous Hawaiian Sunsets and spectacular moon settings. This downstairs (no stairs) unit offers one of the best views in Ke Nani Kai. These views can be enjoyed from the lanai, kitchen, living room/dining room, or the bedroom while standing, sitting, or stretching out!

The luxury vinyl flooring throughout is great for those with allergies/sensitivities to carpet and dust mites. And, SLEEP COMFORTABLY on a queen-size mattress in the bedroom. This mattress is so comfortable that if someone tosses and turns all night, the other person never knows it! And, if you leave your drapes open at night, you will wake up to the sight of Kepuhi Bay and the moon setting!

Granite kitchen with a REVERSE OSMOSIS filtered drinking water system and FILTERED WATER ICE-MAKER installed and maintained for your health and safety. No more buying bottled water! All major kitchen appliances are new or newer and include a glass-top stove, quiet dishwasher, large microwave, and a refrigerator with a built-in ice maker. GE compact size front loading, stackable washer/dryer is also right in your unit.

Our unit is ABUNDANTLY AND ELEGANTLY furnished with all of the comforts of home. In addition to all linens, bath robes and pool/beach towels, OUR UNIT IS FULLY STOCKED with trash bags, hand dishwashing soap, dishwasher detergent, cleaning supplies, ziplock baggies, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, paper napkins, paper plates, plastic silverware for picnics, coffee filters, cooking spray, spices, sugar and Sweet & Low, ketchup, mustard and mayonnaise for your stay.

We also provide liquid hand soap for the kitchen and bath. You will find a small supply of toilet paper and paper towels. All of these items are included in the cost of your rental at no extra charge! Cleaning supplies and equipment are also found in the unit. Longer stay visitors are reimbursed for any additional cleaning supplies purchased during their stay.

We use our unit several times each year and it is fully equipped and it is waiting for you to call it 'home' during your stay.

Lovely and Quiet

A lovely condo on the West side equals quiet, rest, and rejuvenation. The listing was absolutely accurate and the property had everything from beach chairs to a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Wifi was excellent, as was the clubhouse pool - with a library! I couldn’t have been happier!

Definitely stay here!!!!

Rose's condo is furnished with comfortable furniture and good appliances and electronics and the kitchen is completely equipped. It is literally a 5-minute walk to a sandy beach, and the complex also has a large and excellent pool. You can see the ocean through the sliding glass door and from your patio and you get ocean breezes most of the time. Everything is super clean, the water pressure is great, there is a bathtub, and the internet is super fast and you can hard-wire into it if you prefer that greater speed to the WIFI. There is a new reverse-osmosis filter for your drinking water, high-efficiency washer and dryer, and neat little convenience store nearby for snacks. Rose is super helpful and easy to reach, which is very important if you are new to Hawai'i !

Away From It All

The property is well maintained. The condo is well equipped. The decoration is in good taste. There is a small store close by and you can buy vegetables at a farm close to the airport as well as a meat processing plant that sells retail close to the farm. The owner is extremely helpfuland knows the Island well.

A great place for your Molokai stay

The condo is beautifully decorated and furnished. Rose has stocked it with everything you might want. There are more kitchen small appliances than you probably have at home. The condo is oriented so that the trade winds do a fine job of ventilating the whole thing. The best thing about our whole stay was Rose herself. She communicated extensively with us prior to our arrival and gave us extensive information about the island, the condo and went way above and beyond to make our stay the best it could possibly be.

Ten Days of Bliss!

One can only wonder when you see a VRBO listing with nothing other than five star ratings. Is this for real?!? Rest assured, Unit 115 at Ke Nani Kai is definitely for real! And Rose is nothing short of fantastic!! For those that haven’t stayed in Molokai before, it’s not Kaanapali or Waikiki. Molokai is blissfully quiet - a true Hawaiian Island escape from the day-to-day reality of life. Don’t bother staying here - or anywhere on Molokai - if you’re looking for crowds, lot’s of restaurants, and endless shopping. It simply doesn’t exist. However, if you really do want to escape from it all, this is the island, Ke Nani Kai is the place, and Rose is the owner you want to rent from while you’re here. Everything you read here is true, and I highly recommend Rose’s place for one or two people simply looking to relax. The unit is exactly as it appears in the pictures, it has everything you need for your stay, the property has a great pool and spa, and the local beaches are convenient - and amazingly empty. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here, and am looking forward to booking another escape to paradise soon. Thank you for everything, Rose!!

Exceeded our expectations on all fronts!

Rose's condo and customer service are exceptional. Our long-term stay was made extra special by Rose's attention to detail, hospitality and going above and beyond to make sure our stay was great in every way. We have visited Hawaii for over 35 years and Molokai for about 10. This is the best condo we have stayed in...can I say more? The ocean view and sunsets are spectacular from the lanai. The condo is very comfortable and extremely well appointed and maintained. We had everything we needed for cooking (a cook's delight), restful sleep, relaxing and going to the beach. Rose provided supplies and all the information we needed to enjoy our stay on the island. Mahalo Rose!

Wonderful unit and wonderful owner!

My wife and I stayed here for 8 nights between January 21-29, 2019 and after just a few days I was referring to Rose's unit as 'home'. Rose is a responsive owner who clearly takes pride in her clean, cozy unit and it shows. It met all of our needs: 1) a comfortable queen bed, 2) a full kitchen with all the necessary tools, 3) washer/dryer, 4) a 50inch flat screen TV with a great cable package and Netflix, 5) Wifi and 30 minutes long distance, 6) beach chairs and umbrella, 7) easy parking, and 8) a totally wonderful and relaxing view from the lanai! The complex itself is quite nice and laid back, with a good sized swimming pool (8 feet deep at one end) and an adjacent hot tub. There are also two tennis courts that we used almost daily. The immediate area - as in walking distance from the unit - gives you access to miles worth of practically deserted beaches and impressive coast line views! There are wild turkeys and pheasants wondering around the area and one day from our lanai we saw a large herd of deer running through a no-longer-being-used golf hole. Not to mention the Hawaiian Monk Seal we watched basking on a beach just a 10 minute walk away. Just be sure to stock up on groceries in town, which is a 20 minute drive away on traffice less roads. We had a blast and we highly recommend Rose's unit - and west Molokai - to anyone who wants to get away from it all!

Felt like I was home.

One of the best experiences I've had on Moloka'i. Rose went above and beyond to make sure I felt like I was home. I arrived on a Sunday and Rose made sure I had the basics (eggs, butter, etc, etc) since the stores were closed. I travel to Moloka'i for work and it is nice to have a great place to come back to after a hard days work. I didn't really have any issues, but if i had any questions Rose was just a phone call away. I was very comfortable during my entire stay. The view from the lenai is one of the best. I'm looking forward to my next visit to Moloka'i.

This condo was perfect! ...comfortable, cosy and well appointed. We loved the Hawaiiana style!

Rose went overboard providing for our every need including luxurious robes, plush linens and towels. The kitchen was a chefs dream. It had everything we needed to cook and bake our favorite recipes. It even had a espresso machine! All of our beach and pool needs were provided for too, including coolers, umbrellas, chairs, noodles, etc. Most of all, we enjoyed the view from the lounge chairs on the patio. We enjoyed our morning coffee, cocktail hours and all our meals from here...not to mention many hours reading, napping , relaxing and just taking in the view which was ever changing depending on the time of day. I think that is what I will miss the most...but not for long because we will come back to Molokai to stay at Rose’s place again! I should also mention that it was a pleasure working with Rose. She was always helpful and quick to respond. She recommended a local car rental, advised us on flights and local attractions as well. Mahalo Rose!

One of the nicer properties in the area.

Description of property is as described. Lots of cookware, glasses, plates etc. As well as beach towels, chairs, coolers even a beach bag. Almost everything you could want as well as nice decor. Nice views of ocean and Island. Lots of exotic birds and flowers. Many different beaches in the area. There is a large gated pool and hot tub which was wonderful. There is a main road going by the front of the property that can get busy at times. The ocean is about 10 minutes away. Overall, we had a wonderful time and even extended our stay. We would stay here again.

Lovely stay

Rose has paid attention to detail; the condo was a lovely, comfortable place to stay. It was clean and well-maintained. I particularly enjoyed the early mornings and evenings on the patio and the comfort of the bed and linens for sleeping. We enjoyed a nice breeze throughout our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The place was nicely decorated and had a peaceful ambiance. Rose did a great job of providing information on places to go and things to do. She also responded immediately when we needed her help with the wifi. Regarding the restaurants on the island, I would recommend The Cookhouse Restaurant for friendly service and good food. I would also stay away from the Molokai Hotel Restaurant. Apparently things have gone down hill. We found the restaurant to be poorly managed and the food mediocre at best. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to my friends and family. Thank you Rose.
