"CASA MELCHERS" is located in one of the most desirable areas of Mazatlan. It will steal your heart and become your favorite place in the port. It is located less than a block from surfers favorite, Olas Altas beach and Plazuela Machado, allowing our visitors to be immersed in historic Mazatlán. With easy access to culture, nightlife, and gastronomy the place is located for the perfect vacations. The last piece of the puzzle will be when you discover the incredible garden with a huge pool.
The Space:
Within a 1846 Casona. The apartment is newly renovated and is very spacious. It has two bedrooms, one of them with bathroom (top floor). The lower bedroom has view to Venus street, one of the most beautiful in the historic district.
Walk just one block and you will be at Olas Altas beach were you can spend the day enjoy the amazing sunsets of Mazatlan.
The Neighborhood:
Of all the beach tourist destinations on the Mexican Pacific coast, Mazatlán is the only one in which its visitors have the opportunity to walk through streets and alleys that are vibrant pathways towards a journey through its great historical past, which is manifested in the architecture of its intriguing and majestic buildings, which are the most vivid testimonies of the history of life in Mazatlan and its wonderful people.
Getting Around:
Remember that we have a private parking lot so you can leave your car and walk around the neighborhood. It is the best way to enjoy this area.
A few steps away you have the beach, Plazuela Machado, the best restaurants in the city and the boardwalk in the Olas Altas area.
Other Things to Note:
Sometimes the noise in the neighborhood can be higher than usual. It is a music area until late at night, especially on weekends. We provide ear plugs in case it is necessary
