Welcome to Alder & Antler, a 2020‑built hand-hewn log cabin with nostalgic charm, modern ease, and plenty of mountain air. Two bedrooms, two baths, and a more than capable kitchen. Linger outdoors after a day on the lake with a covered great room and two porches. One good dog is welcome. Bring the Airstream or boat—RV power and water included, no CCR's. Minutes from Ponderosa State Park, Davis Beach, bike paths, golf, and town, with Brundage Resort 10 miles away. Nature first. Comforts close.
Alder & Antler sits in a quiet pocket of McCall that keeps you close to everything without feeling “in town.” You’re less than a mile from Ponderosa State Park, with its pine‑lined trails, bike paths, lake viewpoints, and winter Nordic skiing. Davis Beach on Payette Lake is a quick drive or easy bike ride away for sandy toes and afternoon swims. The McCall Golf Course and the paved bike path system are nearby, making it simple to swap hiking boots for bikes or clubs. Downtown McCall—with its coffee shops, pubs, restaurants, grocery stores, and marina—is only a few minutes by car, so you can grab supplies or dinner out and be back on the porch before sunset. In winter, roads are plowed and you’re well‑placed for snowshoeing in Ponderosa, Nordic trails, and a short drive to Brundage Resort and other local snow adventures.

RECOMMENDATIONS:
*If you're flying into Boise International Airport, we recommend renting a vehicle directly from the airport.
*It's possible to get an Uber from Boise/BOI to McCall, although it's not necessarily a reliable mode of travel; depending on your arrival time and season, you may have difficulty finding a driver who will accept your ride. Uber is not currently accepting advance reservations for trips to McCall from Boise; on-demand rides will be your only option.
*If you're traveling in winter or you plan to enjoy the many off-roading adventures available in Valley County, we HIGHLY recommend a 4WD vehicle.
