Pet Policy – Please Read Before Booking

We are happy to welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs at Hillside Retreat.
• $75 pet fee per stay
• Pets must be disclosed at booking
• Dogs must be supervised and kept off beds and furniture
• Guests are responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning

This cozy Cape-Cod style home sleeps 11–12 guests (no bunks!). It features 3 comfortable bedrooms plus a large bonus room with a twin bed and sofa bed, perfect for kids or extra guests. Enjoy a spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen, and serene views of the surrounding fields and valley. Night skies are brilliant and free of city lights, ideal for stargazing. Amenities include a work desk, laundry, piano, and plenty of space for both work and play.

For downtime, the living-room TV is signed in to Disney+ (with Hulu and ESPN) and Netflix—no setup needed. For transparency, two exterior security cameras monitor the front and back of the home only; there are no cameras inside. Self check-in is easy with keyless entry—your unique keypad code will be sent 3 days before check-in.

Arrival & parking
Self check-in is simple with keyless entry; your unique keypad code arrives 3 days before check-in. Gravel driveway with off-street parking for up to 8 vehicles near the house, plus additional street parking. Paved walkway to the front porch.

Family & pets
A Pack ’n Play is provided and stored in the Hostel room upstairs. The yard is unfenced. Well-behaved dogs are welcome and must be included in the booking.

Gatherings & quiet
Family gatherings are welcome with prior notice (please message us when booking). No loud parties. Inquire about events.

Safety & transparency
Two exterior-only security cameras monitor the front and back of the home; there are no cameras indoors. Smoke-free home (please no smoking within 25 ft of the house).
