The Black Bear is a 3 Bed 2 Bath, 2 level cabin located inside the Massanutten 4 season resort .
This newly renovated family getaway is situated @ quiet cul de sac + private lot backing to woods, Patio, fire pit and cornhole.
Main Level has remodeled kitchen with open living, coffee bar, new fireplace, relax on Deck with amazing views. 1 Queen Bed + 2 Bunk beds.
Basement lvl- Foosball, Pellet stove, huge master w/Kingbed, Walkout backyard/patio.

The space
Bedrooms
Main level has 2 bedrooms, One bedroom has a queen bed with walk in closet and access to a full bathroom, while the other bedroom has 2 bunk beds which can sleep 4 to 5 kids or adults (one full and 3 twin beds).
Lower level has a huge master bedroom with a king bed and access to a separate dual vanity along with a full bathroom. The master bedroom is completed with a sitting area with views of the large backyard and woods.
Living Room
There are 2 living rooms on main and basement level for the guests to enjoy The main floor living room is spacious open floor plan is right by the kitchen with an electric fireplace and Smart TV with Netflix included. Additional subscriptions for other streaming services are also available for you to enjoy (with your own account). There is direct access to the deck from inside and outside the house with amazing views from the living room.
The lower level living room has a TV and PS3 with built in Blu-Ray player and foosball table for entertainment. Plenty of board games and Movies are available for guests entertainment.
A Pellet stove in the basement is available for those cold days where you can sip your coffee or wine alongside the fireplace and enjoy a book or a movie looking outside the wooded landscape
The walkout basement leads to a covered patio to enjoy the beautiful views of the woods and mountain that Massanutten has to offer. A short walk in the backyard you will see a small stream and hear soothing sounds of nature.
Kitchen
The kitchen has service for 12+ and is fully equipped including a toaster, coffee machine, crock pot, pots and pans, and all the utensils that you will need.
Bath
2 Full baths are available on each level of the house. One bath is equipped with a soaking tub and lower level has a standing shower.

EV Charger is available in front with NEMA 14-50 electrical outlet outside (Level 2 220 Volt) . (Please bring your own cable/adapter for charging).
A laundry room with washer and dryer is available for guest use.
Additional storage for your ski equipment is in the basement.
Home is Dog friendly and a big backyard for them to play. Please make sure to add your pet to the reservation, and note that there is a $50 pet cleaning fee.
