The open-plan living area includes a 50" Smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, and international channels, a high-end sound system, and Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. Each room has its own air conditioning unit, and a washer with drying rack supports extended stays.

The fully equipped kitchen features Bosch appliances, including an oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge.
