Overall bad experience.
Key collection was as a different address, inside a convenience store, the google maps link to the property was incorrect and directed me 15 minutes in the wrong directions.
The address provided was also incorrect, they provided an address for an apartment within the complex which was a construction site. It took me nearly 3 hours to check in once the correct apartment was found. (Not the address they gave me)
The phone number provided for the host was disconnected and I was unable to reach anyone for support. The customer service to ‘MadeComfy / Belvilla’ only said they would not refund me. They offered no support at all.
Once inside, the property was not cleaned to a professional standard. The floor was dirty in the bedroom with a lot of dust near the bed side tables, the kitchen hob was dirty, walls marked and damaged. And the icing on the cake, the bathroom lights did not work. I had reported it but nothing was done, I had to shower with the bedside lamp balancing on the bathroom bin! Additionally, the towel rail was broken and discarded on the bathroom floor.
Over all would not recommend to stay here.
The only thing that saved the stay was the location, can’t be bested. Great cafe on site.
