Our stay at Degraves Studio was exceptional. Donna was very helpful and the booking process could not of been easier. Check in was streamlined with Akari meeting us in the lane way. She showed us how to park and all the features of the apartment. We couldn't of asked for a better introduction to the apartment and it's many features. The champagne and other goodies provided by Donna was very thoughtful and greatly appreciated. The apartment is like something out of a Vogue magazine. It has all you could possibly need and more. The decor and furnishings are exquisite. One of the added bonuses is the deck with its amazing views. A great place to enjoy a coffee in the morning to a wine in the afternoon. The apartment is very quiet for being in the middle of the city. It's proximity to lane ways filled with cafes and restaurants, the Casino, the Tan and the Bourke St shopping area and much more makes it conducive to a Melbourne city experience. Transport is literally on your door step with Flinders St station across the road and the tram stop out the front of the building. We were so grateful to also be able to securely park our car in the building. This is something which is rare when staying in the Melbourne CBD. We loved staying at Degraves Apartment, it was our home away from home during our stay in Melbourne. We will definitely stay again and would highly recommend the apartment to anyone looking for a 5 star experience in Melbourne. Thanks again Donna for your hospitality.

We absolutely loved at stay here. The location is fantastic - central to everything, step out the front and you’re in the hustle and bustle of vibrant city life. Flinders St station is just metres from the door. Given the location it is almost surprising at how quiet the apartment is. Even with the sliding doors open to the balcony the sounds of the city didn’t intrude negatively. The design and fitout is exemplary- top notch appliances, Bang & Olufsen sound system, dark moody (in a good way) cabinetry and tiles. Two excellent sized bedrooms with king beds. We hope this becomes our new bolthole when we’re doing our CBD visits.

We'll be back!

This was a short trip to go to the Kylie Minogue concert. The location was perfect being so close to lots of great food, shopping and public transport. We could walk to Rod Laver arena. The view from the balcony was stunning and the apartment was equally beautiful. It was well equipped with everything you expect in the kitchen and bathrooms and having the car space was also a blessing. This place is highly recommended and we hope to come back for another stay soon.

This apartment is truly outstanding. The location is yards from the train station and several tram routes. Clean and comfortable, with way above average fittings, TV etc. The bathtub alone is worth the stay. All the necessities are provided, unlike many places - tea, coffee, salt & pepper, some cooking oil. Even some butter and milk and Pellegrino in the fridge. Good quality knives, dishes and towels. Donna was very responsive and helpful. There was a bit of noise from events in the nearby square a few times but not a problem and nights were quiet. Altogether a superb stay.
