The kitchenette is well-stocked with a selection of teas for your convenience.
The first floor is bathed in natural light and offers a spacious living area with a fireplace, a piano, and two large king sofa beds centered around a 65-inch smart TV. This level also includes two additional bedrooms, each with its own TV, and one with access to a private balcony. The well-equipped kitchen, dining area, modern bathroom, and a second Euro-style laundry with a dryer complete this floor. The following strict House Rules apply :-
No loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am.
No parties or antisocial behaviour.
No additional people are to access the property without prior approval.
No pets are allowed in the property without approval.
No smoking is allowed in the property at any times.
If you break/ruined something, please let us know immediately.
Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police.
Noise, Occupancy & Smoke Monitor Policy
For the safety and comfort of all guests and our neighbours, we have installed noise, occupancy, and smoke monitoring devices throughout the property. These devices help us ensure that the space is being used responsibly and in accordance with our house rules.
Important:
Guests are not allowed to tamper with, remove, or turn off these devices.
We receive live reports from these devices, and any attempt to interfere with them will be taken very seriously.
If we find that you have tampered with or disabled any of these devices, we reserve the right to immediately remove you from the property without refund.
In addition, a fine of $1,000 will be charged for any violation.
