The home is ideally located just a short walk from the Sorrento Village, the Sorrento Hotel and Sorrento Bay and Back beaches.

The house comprises 4 good size bedrooms, two living areas and two bathrooms with a separate toilet. There is a gourmet open plan kitchen with modern appliances, adjoining the dining area with space for 10 guests. The kitchen has a servery window opening to the outdoor entertaining deck and pool area. The built in BBQ has a plumbed in gas line so there is no risk of running out of gas when entertaining. There is a main living room and an additional living room with a television. The latter is ideal for the children to escape for some time out after a fun day at the beach and or pool! Full separate laundry with washing machine, dryer and second fridge.

The Four bedrooms comprise of:

Bedroom 1 - 1 x King bedroom (Sleeps 2)
Bedroom 2 - 1 x Queen bedroom (Sleeps 2)
Bedroom 3 - 1 x Queen bedroom (Sleeps 2)
Bedroom 4 - 2 x king singles and x 1 bunk bed (sleeps 4)

Guests have access to the full house and garden
Strictly no schoolies bookings or parties allowed, guests must be over 28 years of age
All fresh linen and towels included
