The compact kitchen is equipped with an electric stovetop and essential utensils, while the adjoining space includes a handy study nook. Ducted air conditioning ensures year-round comfort. The studio is ideal for business travellers or couples seeking an easy CBD base close to theatres, cafés, and tram stops.

Multiple tram routes run along Collins St. Access to the new Town Hall Metro Station (when operational) is next to the Regent Theatre. Parliament Station is 4-minute walk away

- There are stairs and a lift inside the building

- There is no parking available and the area can be difficult to park in — we recommend using the free tram loop, which stops directly on Collins Street.

-Turn off the laundry room light and exhaust if it is left on, to avoid noise.
