The Space:

Quay is a family friendly, relaxed holiday home at its finest, only 350 metres to the Bridgewater Bay Car Park and Coastal Walking Trail.



The home is uniquely designed so that it's two houses in one, which is perfect for 2-3 families, or the extended family where the grandparents want their own space.



*PLEASE NOTE : the property is reasonably prices for 8 guests to enjoy THE MAIN HOUSE to make it affordable for smaller groups. For 9 -14 guests there is a small additional charge of $50 per night to cover cleaning, linen and utilities. The Pool House is usually an extra cost which is a tricky one as so many grouos want to use the house in many different ways and there is no easy way to add the pool house on to automate the settings without overcharging the guest or short-changing the owners. Read below about Pool House costs as we are only too happy to assist you on a price that suits both parties. IF WE CAN BETTER UNDERSTAND YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR REQUEST, WE WILL DO OUR ABSOLUTE BEST TO PROVIDE YOU A PACKAGE THAT SUITS YOUR NEEDS.



The Main House has everything you need - 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living spaces and a very well stocked kitchen, whilst another the POOL HOUSE add 2 further bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchenette and living room. Please note, the pool house is an additional cost so please read the conditions below.



To further describe it, the main house is comfortable with a split system air con/heater and an open fire. The fully equipped kitchen/living/dining area leading to an outside area with the Weber BBQ and outdoor dining table. There is also another living room at the front of the house so you'll never feel cramped for space.



To make it easier, there is a portacot and highchair at the house.



There's Foxtel (including Sports and Movie packages) and Netflix in the TV's in the upstairs and downstairs living rooms, and also free WiFi.



There's plenty of areas inside and outside to have your own space and relax and unwind and the kids will be well entertained with the pool, spa, trampoline and fire pit.

We are absolutely very happy for people to use the space and we have set some guidelines for costs around this. However, some groups might just want to use each bunk room for 1-2 persons (parent/grandparent/friend etc) so they have their own space and privacy. Some groups might be happy to pay extra just for the Pool House Living Area / Bathroom but not use the bedrooms. We are very happy for that to happen, but it does add cleaning, linen and amenity fees to the equation. Things also change before your stay and you might want friends to stay a night or two, so of course we want to help you with that too. We will always have beds made up in case so you have that flexibility but please note, if extra beds are used then there will be a $20 per bunk/$35 Queen Bed linen/changeover fee added after your trip. Complicated right!?!?!

LINEN AND BATH TOWELS ARE INCLUDED FOR ALL BOOKINGS. Please bring your own beach/pool towels.



We have also provided a starter pack of toilet paper, soap, dishwasher tablets, bin liners, tea and sugar for your convenience. However, if your stay is longer you may need to bring or purchase more of these items.



** Due to the strict Shire regulations, we don't accept any bookings for parties, functions, events or schoolies groups. We only rent to families or smaller mature groups.**



ATTENTION SCHOOLIES - Please don't inquire. Any schoolies thinking they will use their parent's account to book will forfeit their booking on arrival, be refused entry and lose their total booking fee. ID will be required during 20th Nov - 10th Dec.
