`The Home is a contemporary glass and steel box house nestled in the treetops of the McCrae hillside. A luxuriously appointed two-bedroom adults only sanctuary, this is the perfect base for small groups to explore all the Mornington Peninsula has to offer, or settle in, relax and enjoy the beautiful spaces and fully appointed kitchen and luxury bathroom with rain shower and spa bath.

Comfortable year round with air-conditioning and gas fireplace, two queen beds, luxury linens, towels and provisions this property is a unique house in a tranquil setting.

Practice yoga on the one of the two decks (mats, rollers etc. provided), soak in the spa or cook up a storm in the kitchen with full use of extensive fresh herbs in the kitchen garden and dried herb and spice library or order in and eat on the deck, the best seat in house on the Mornington Peninsula.

Binoculars are provided to enjoy the marine traffic that regularly turn directly in front of the property navigating the channel.

Before you book, please note that there are both steps and stairs up to the house and the house is only suitable for active adults (no children under 12). The driveway is steep and it is a steep walk up! We do not cater for more than 4 guests and we have a strict no party or event policy.

Smart TV, Wifi, large laundry with washer and dryer, off street parking for two cars (please note you must be comfortable to back down the steep driveway).

Included:

Linen:
• Bed Linen including duvet covers, fitted sheets and pillowcases. (Not flat sheets)
• One bath towel per person.
• Hand towels in the bathroom
• T towels for the kitchen

A starter pack in including:
• 4 x toilet roles per toilet
• Hand soap
• Dishwasher tablets (where a dishwasher is provided)
• Washing up liquid for hand washing dishes

What is not included:
• Flat sheets
• Beach or pool towels
• Coffee pods. Where a coffee pod machine is provided, please bring your favourite pods.
• Pantry provisions such as oil, salt, pepper or perishables.
• Face clothes/washers
• Shampoo and conditioner.
• Wood for Fires and Firepits where applicable.


Please not that during hot periods a gardener will attend to water the garden.
