Got allocated a room that was not fully finished. The door handle to the bathroom door was missing.
There no toiletries available in the bathroom. I am unsure how the room was even made available for use.
The guy at the receiption was very helpful however the lady on the phone was quite rude. It took such a long time to get another room reallocated when i asked how the inconvenience was going to be compensated for, i was instead told getting another room was sufficient enough.
For future references, it would be good if a room is complete before a room is allocated to a guest
