The entire apartment is yours to enjoy - please treat it as your own home.

To receive our keys on check-in, you will be required to self-check in using a lock box. Detailed instructions will be provided before your arrival, allowing you to self-check in. The lock box is approximately a 2-minute walk from our building entrance. Once keys are retrieved, our apartment is accessible through the elevator.

Note: We don't have parking.

We're available for contact through the VRBO chat. I am happy to give any recommendations or answer any questions. We also respect your privacy, so if you would like to just enjoy your stay on your own, we have no problem with that too!

The best form of communication is via the VRBO chat and we will respond to you as soon as possible. The phone number attached to our account is strictly for emergencies. But please message us first because we are very responsive on the chat.

The property is professionally cleaned between each guest stay, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness during your stay. We appreciate it if you do some tidying up before leaving our apartment - at least throw out your garbage. We don't expect you to do an extensive cleaning of the apartment, but leaving the apartment in a reasonable state is appreciated and very helpful for our cleaners' performance.

Check-in time is from 3:00 pm. Check-outs are strictly before 9:00 am. Note: If you confirm your booking on the same day as when your reservation begins, there may be a potential delay with check-in. But we will do everything to ensure that you check in on time.

One set of keys is provided during your stay. Any loss or damage to our key/fob is subject to a $200 charge. Keys that are locked inside the apartment, and if a locksmith is required, it will be the responsibility of the guest to cover the locksmith fees.

Late check-outs - our cleaners charge us a late fee for significant delays in check-out. If this occurs, a $50/hour fee applies.

Check out - Please take a photo of the keys/fob returned to its location on check out, and send the photo on the VRBO chat for confirmation.

PLEASE NOTE: If a party or any type of gathering that would exceed the maximum number of guests is held within our home, your booking will be canceled. You will be escorted off the premises, and no refund will be given.
