The
villa is equipped with a large garden and a recently-built swimming
pool with solarium that is furnished with beach beds, ideal for getting a
tan. By the swimming pool there is a gazebo and the outdoor showers.
Moreover, there are several outdoor equipped areas, such as the dining
area and the barbecue area.
Villa La Paiara opens into a large living room
under majestic barrel-vaulted ceiling with exposed pietra leccese
stones. This room with view on the garden is furnished with sofas,
dining area, 2 half baths, air conditioning and tv. The spacious kitchen is adjacent to the living room. Moreover, there is a room with armchairs and writing desks.
The sleeping area consists of 6 independent bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower. Five bedrooms are equipped with kitchenette, flatware and fridge. There are 5 triple bedrooms
(four of which with double bed and twin-sized bed while the other is
furnished with double bed and sofa bed) and ensuite bathroom with shwoer
and a two-room bedroom with double bed and sofa bed in an area while the other is furnished with a double bed.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from June to September.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 120 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
