Amor di Salento is a 6-bed vacation home for rent in San Foca, just 800 meters from the most beautiful beaches of the famous marina of Melendugno.
The three-room apartment is equipped with air conditioning, TV, induction hob, washing machine, outdoor shower, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Parking space inside the residence.
The vacation home is located in the Eurogarden complex, a village immersed in large green space which is accessed by badge. Pets allowed.

The vacation home Amor di Salento is located on the second floor, accessible by shared stairs. The apartment is autonomous and independent from other adjacent vacation homes.
The apartment consists of living room with open kitchen, 2 single beds, one of which is a pull-out, table and chairs, TV and air conditioning. A nice balcony furnished with table and chairs, outdoor shower and wash basin allows for outdoor dining.

Amor di Salento is located in the EuroGarden tourist village, a few meters from the center of San Foca.
The Residence surrounded by greenery offers within it all the main services, within walking distance: minimarket, bar, tobacco, restaurant etc.
Possibility to make Club Card payment on the spot to take advantage of all the services of the village, such as entertainment, shows, swimming pool, shuttle service to and from the sea with the possibility of subscription to the beach Eurogarden Beach agreement.
The nearest sea is San Foca with its beautiful seafront promenade. Nearby are also Torre dell`Orso and Roca Vecchia, with the Grotta della Poesia. The historic and beautiful Otranto is just 10 km away.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in via Padova n 1  - San Foca (at the Agency UnMetroDaMare ).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- IF MANDATORY PER STAY: First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Possibility to get a Club card of the Residence Eurogarden (for a fee) to use all the services available in the Village.
- Air conditioning in the living room.
