Studio features fully equipped kitchen, living area and separated bedroom space. Total size is over 800 square feet.

Home is located in quiet gated community- Less than 10 minutes from the Z Plex Baseball/Tennis facility in Melissa, and less than 15- minute drive to historic downtown McKinney. Quiet retreat with easy access to all of DFW.
The space
All of the amenities of home, but in a smaller space! Bedroom is equipped with Queen Bed and Futon Couch. Bedroom features 55-inch Flat screen with DirecTV connection including HBO and Starz. (We also have a comfortable Queen Air Mattress for the kids)

Living space provides for a Full-sized couch and two lounge chairs for plenty of comfort- The 43-inch Flat Screen allows you to stream your favorite shows. The Casita is decked out with a number of family board games, and cards for your entertainment.

All of the conveniences of home in the Casita Kitchen- Fully equipped with a full-size stove top and range, microwave, and full-sized refrigerator and freezer.

The Cardinal Casita is a Fully Furnished Studio apartment- Fully equipped kitchen. Main space has a Queen bed, Futon Couch (Full) and couch (not a hide-a-bed) in the living space can be used for sleeping. (We also have a comfortable Queen Air Mattress for the kids)- Just let us know if you need this, and we will have it ready at your arrival.

Apartment is located on 2nd floor- If stairs are an issue, may not be the right for you. For the enjoyment of all of our guests, current and future, there is absolutely no Smoking, Vaping or consumption of illegal substances of any kind permitted anywhere on the property.
