Forming one of the 3 units in this villa, this ground floor apartment is very nicely decorated and has a homey feel. It is right next to the pool and deck area. It is very well lit with 2 spacious bedrooms, bathroom with a large shower, sink and toilet. A combined living/dining area and a separate kitchen overlooking the pool and BBQ area. Property comes with free parking space, free WiFi and free cable t.v.
It is fully airconditioned and the consumption for the Aircondition is to be paid as per use by a coin sub meter located next to the entrance door.

Unvergesslicher Urlaub:)

Unser Urlaub auf Malta war klasse. Die Unterkunft und die Gastgeber Margaret und Joe haben uns herzlich aufgenommen. Margaret hat sich im Vorab schon um alles gekĂŒmmert bezĂŒglich des Transfers vom Flughafen zum Appartement und zurĂŒck. Trotz 2 StĂŒndiger VerspĂ€tung unseres Fluges hat der Fahrer auf uns gewartet und uns mitten in der Nacht zum Apartment gebracht und uns alles gezeigt. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt, sĂ€mtliche EinkaufslĂ€den, Restaurants, Bars, Bushaltestellen befinden sich in direkter NĂ€he, alles in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Appartement ist top ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht. Auch die KĂŒche hatte alles was man braucht um zu Kochen. Bei Anliegen und Fragen standen uns die Gastgeber sofort zur Stelle. Wir hatten noch Anfang Oktober super Wetter, so das wir den Strand und das Meer in vollen ZĂŒgen genießen konnten. Ein fantastischer Urlaub mit super Gastgebern und sehr netten Einheimischen. Wie werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Tolles Appartment

Wir durften im April 2019 dieses tolle Appartment fĂŒr eine Woche bewohnen und können uns den guten Bewertungen nur anschließen. Es war gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und entspannt zu erreichen. Wir wurden von einer sehr freundlichen und aufgeschlossenen Gastgeberin begrĂŒĂŸt, die uns sogar eine kleine Snackauswahl im KĂŒhlschrank bereitgestellt hat. Der Ort Mellieha bietet eine angenehme Auswahl an Restaurants und Bars und trotzdem die Ruhe des Nordens. Da Malta allgemein eine sehr kleine Insel ist, war mit dem Mietwagen selbst der sĂŒdlichste Zipfel schnell zu erreichen und Erkundungsfahrten ĂŒber die Insel kein Problem. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort sind problemlos fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen. Im April war es natĂŒrlich noch nicht sommerlich warm auf Malta, da wurde es auch in der Wohnung schon mal etwas kĂŒhler und unsere Klamotten wirkten ab und zu etwas "klamm", wogegen die kostenpflichtige Klimaanlage aber Abhilfe schaffen konnte. Alles in Allem ist diese Ferienwohnung also wĂ€rmstens zu empfehlen. Viel Spaß auf Malta!

Das Appartement war wunderbar und hat alle Erwartungen erfĂŒllt.

Das Appartement war super. Es hat alle Erwartungen erfĂŒllt, war groß, ruhig, sauber, toll eingerichtet. Parkplatz fĂŒr Mietauto war vor der TĂŒre, somit mussten wir gerade mal ein paar Meter zur EingangstĂŒre. Es gab eine tolle KĂŒche mit allem was man braucht. Großer KĂŒhl-und Gefrierschrank. Die Lage ist auch super. Nur wenige km zur FĂ€hre nach Gozo oder auch zu tollen StrĂ€nden wie Golden-Bay und vor allem die StrĂ€nde dort daneben. Die Vermieterin war super, nett, hilfsbereit. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Fantastic Holiday

The property was exactly as described, plenty of space and very much home from home in terms of furniture and household appliances. The pool and surrounding pool area was spotless and very comfortable. The property is in a quiet area of Melliah but with easy access to shops, there is a terrific supermarket (welbee) at the top of the road and plenty of restaurants to enjoy, there is a sports bar also at the top of the road (Reflections) excellent food whether it be Breakfast, Lunch or Evening meal all very reasonably priced We hired a car and travelled to all the attractions including an overnight stay in Gozo which was fantastic. Lots to do and see in Malta and we would thoroughly recommend this property, owner Margaret was an excellent communicator and keeps the property in tip top condition

Margaret nous a surclassĂ© et nous avons pu finalement profitĂ© d'un des appartements du haut. Il est absolument parfait: vaste, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© (la cuisine est flambant neuve) avec une terrasse agrĂ©able et une vue sur la mer, d'une propretĂ© remarquable. Margaret est trĂšs rĂ©active: nous avions un problĂšme de chauffage le premier soir, elle nous a apportĂ© des radiateurs d'appoint et le lendemain le problĂšme Ă©tait rĂ©glĂ©. Le quartier oĂč se trouve la maison est agrĂ©able. Je recommande totalement cette location.

A Relaxing week on Malta

Our flight was delayed and the host Margaret was very helpful with updating our transportation from the airport to the property. The refrigerator was stocked witch food for a quick meal on our arrival. The host Margaret lives next door. She is very helpful and quickly answers any questions you might have. The property is as described in the listing. It was very clean and located in a nice quiet area. The pool offers a nice place to relax before dinner after a day out exploring the island. Nice sandy beaches are easily accessible. The property is conveniently located to a large number restaurants and markets so whether you prefer to eat out or in you’ll have no trouble finding what you need. If you are looking for a laid back vacation on Malta and choose to stay at this property you will you will have an enjoyable and worry free accommodation for your trip.

Fabulous apartment in great location

From start to finish our stay was faultless. I stayed with my husband and 2 children (6 and 3 years). Margaret and her team were wonderfully warm and communicative. We hired a car and booked the airport transfers at very reasonable rates. The location of the property is within easy reach of restaurants and shops. We were provided upon arrival with items such as bread milk, eggs, cheese ham. etc - so good after travelling. Very thankful for our fantastic stay and would definitely return and recommend to others.

What a little gem. Communication with Margaret was excellent from the time of booking until we department. A fabulous touch were the essentials left for us including milk, bread, Flora, eggs, jam, cheese, ham and bottled water. The apartment was on the ground floor, one of thee in the villa. Spotlessly clean and ver spacious. The shared pool was fabulous and great for a cool down Well situated with the Cross Keys bar and restaurant just up the road. Valyou supermarket was a short walk and provided all the essentials and more. Mellieha is a great place to stay. Plenty of restaurants in the main part of the town. We walked down to Mellieha Bay one day, about two miles. We could not fault the apartment or the area. We wish we had booked for longer and hope to visit again next year. The bus service is excellent and we managed to visit Valletta and Mdina by bus. So much history. Would definitely recommend. Oriana and Dave, near Manchester UK

Bellissimo soggiorno

Margherita Ăš stata gentilissima e molto disponibile. La casa Ăš molto pulita, attrezzata e accogliente e la raccomandiamo a chi viaggia con bambini. Il nostro appartamento era al piano terra, perfetto per chi dovesse avere difficoltĂ  con le scale. La zona Ăš vicinissima al Parco di Braccio di Ferro ( Popeye), ma in definitiva a tutte le attrazioni dell' isola. L'aeroporto dista circa 30 Min. Abbiamo visitato ( suggerito da Margherita) la zona della Red Tower, molto vicina, da dove parte una bellissima passeggiata in mezzo alla natura ( anche con passeggino) caratterizzata da rocce e fiori: l'affaccio sulla scogliera e le isole minori Ăš assolutamente incantevole. Se torneremo a Malta, torneremo da Margherita!!

Perfect place in every way.

My husband and I stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment on the ground floor. Margaret had arranged a transfer from the airport for us which was great as our flight was in the evening. The apartment was spotlessly clean and contained everything required for a self catering break. The decor is very tasteful, a real home from home. We did not use the pool as weather was a bit cold but it would be perfect on a sunny day, with plenty of loungers, umbrellas and seating. It was very clean and well maintained. Margaret had left us a welcome pack so we could make a sandwich etc on our arrival. We were very grateful for this after our journey. The villa is in a peaceful area with access to all bus routes and walking distance to lovely beach, although uphill on way back!!! But plenty of buses that are very cheap. Margaret was a perfect host and if we return to Malta we will definitely come back to this property.

Fantastic stay!

The property was exactly what we needed for a lovely break in Malta. The apartment was clean and well equipped, as well providing a fantastic outdoor space with a pool and loungers. We didn't have a car but this wasn't a problem as it was only a short walk to the bus stop which provided easy transport to the local beaches. Margaret was very welcoming and made us feel very at home!

We have just returned from a fabulous holiday on Malta at Margaret's villa and home in Millieha. We stayed in the 2-bedroom ground floor flat which opens directly onto the pool area. The flat was very clean and comfortable, equipped with everything that you need for a holiday to cater for a family including safe, private parking spaces on the property itself. The pool area is wonderful and very well looked after with plenty of sunloungers. Margaret is a lovely host - warm, friendly and welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The house is perfectly located within walking distance of a very good supermarket and the town centre which has a selection of cafes, restaurants, shops and banks. Mellieha bay lies a short driving distance away, good for swimming and with a selection of beach eateries. The ferry to Gozo is only a 12-minute drive away. I feel we made an ideal choice and can wholeheartedly recommend this property to other holidaymakers who wish to have a cosy and homely place to stay with the options to self cater or eat out and swim from dawn til dusk. Thank you Margeret for making us feel so welcome in your delightful family home.

We stayed at the this beautiful villa the last two weeks of March 2019. We had originally booked the ground floor two bedroom apartment but arrived to find that we had been upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment on the first floor with a wrap round balcony and stunning views. We were also greeted with one of the best welcome packs we have every received. The apartment was beautiful, tastefully decorated, immaculately clean and really well equipped. Margaret, the owner was extremely helpful and provided much local knowledge. We made plenty of use of the BBQ and pool area. The villa is well situated just of the Main Street leading to the village of Mellieha, which is full of lovely restaurants, small bars and lots of small shops with friendly helpful staff. The island its self is very beautiful and the neighbouring small island of Grozo is well worth a visit. Margaret and Joe made us feel very welcome and we would most definitely return.

Great place to stay in Malta

The appartment was clean, spacious and well equiped. Te hostess is very kind and helpfull. Supermaket, bakery and restaurants are within 10 minutes walking distance.
