St Boswells sits on the south of the River Tweed in the Scottish Borders. There is much evidence of Roman occupation, dating from almost two thousand years ago. Today, St Boswells is known for being on the route of St Cuthbertâs Way, the long distance path from Melrose Abbey to the Holy Island of Lindisfarne. The village boasts a hotel, cafĂ©, several shops, Post Office, butcher and a garage.
