Owl's Perch is nestled beside the neighboring cabin and overlooks gorgeous Eagle Lake. The cabin has that wonderful rustic Mentone feel while offering all the creature comforts of home. A brand new fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and an outdoor charcoal grill will have you prepping meals for the fam to enjoy either at the indoor dining table or at the lakeside picnic table. A cozy living room with flat screen tv, WIFI, cable TV leads you out onto the screened porch overlooking Eagle Lake. There are two bedrooms downstairs: one private with a queen bed and TV; the other with twin bed and another twin sized custom-built top bunk. A full-sized bath with clawfoot tub and shower is also on the main level in addition to a laundry room with full size washer and dryer. On your way upstairs, stop off in the game room with full size pool table, games, puzzles, toys for the kids and a reading nook as well as another full-size bath. Upstairs loft bedroom offers lots of space with a queen bed + full bed, a custom dollhouse and a cozy seating area. There's plenty of space to play outdoors in the large lakefront yard. Relax while fishing on the shared dock (bring your own gear). Take a cruise around Eagle Lake on the paddleboards provided with this cabin. Please bring your own lifejackets and beach towels. Enjoy smores around the private fire pit tucked behind the cabin near the woods. We have lots of outdoor seating for you to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail on the screened-in porch overlooking the lake or relaxing on the spacious deck by the antique fountain. This cabin is adjacent to it's sister cabin, Eagle's Rest. These cabins are completely separate with separate entrances and screened porches but they are joined by a deck, so you will likely see the other family staying in the adjacent cabin.

Need more space? Our sister cabin Eagle's Rest accommodates up to 8 more guests and is located adjacent to Owl's Perch. Please note that these cabins share a common dock and large yard overlooking the lake but each cabin has private outdoor space for you to enjoy!
