A haven of peace and serenity...with peacocks!!!. Apartment located in the north of the island, in front of its only golf course. It is a very quiet urbanization, surrounded by nature, with a beautiful pool overlooking the countryside and a short distance from the beach (Arenal de Son Saura), which is 5 minutes by car and about 15 minutes on foot. It has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms (one of them with a bathtub and the other, ensuite, with a shower), a living room with a smart TV that can move to a room if needed . and a DVD player, with lots of movie’s, a small but fully equipped kitchen (large fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave, oven, Nesspreso and Senseo coffee machines, kitchenware, etc). There are ceiling fans in all three bedrooms and in the living room. Mosquito nets on all the windows and on the access door to the terrace. Free high-speed FIBRA Wi-Fi.
The terrace is very large, with beautiful views of the golf course and the mountains and has a built-in barbecue.
It has its own parking space located just behind the apartment and you don't have to go up or down steps to access it, making it very convenient for people with reduced mobility.
The largest bedroom has a 160cm double bed. Another bedroom, with a small ensuite bathroom, has a 135cm double bed. The third bedroom has two single beds, one 90cm and the other 80cm, which can be converted into a double bed.

The apartment is located in the north of the island, 24.3 km from the airport, 20 km from the port of Mahón and 37.4 km. from the port of Ciudadela. Fornells, a fishing village, famous for its lobster stew, is about 10 km. About 15 minutes by car are the towns of Es Mercadal and Alaior, where you can kinds of shops.
Son Parc beach (Arenal de Son Saura) is wide, with fine white sand and shallow, transparent waters (ideal for children). You can access by car to the parking lot and from there there are only a few meters to reach the sand. There are a couple of beach bars where you can eat.
In addition, for those who like hiking, from the apartment, walking a few minutes, you can connect with the Cami de Cavalls, a long-distance path that runs along the entire island along the coast. In the apartment you have two different coffee machines, one with pods and the other with Nespresso.
There are many towels in the apartment and all of them are unique and pleasant to touch (650 grams) and there are also some extra pillows for each bed if needed.
In the winter you have heating for every room, including the two shower rooms, there there is also heating .
In every room including the balcony you have a light with a unique remoned control so you can decide which color the light will be romantic blue ,green ,red ,etc...

There is a colony of peacocks living on the golf course, which are often walked around the urbanization. During the summer months in Son parc there are several supermarkets, restaurants and a pharmacy open. There is a children's playground in a pine forest area with swings, zip line, etc. You can access both the beach and some restaurants and the shopping area on foot (only open in summer, the rest of the year you would have to travel by car to one of the nearby towns). One strong Air conditioning was installed in the big living room and the second Air conditioning was installed in the main big bedroom. Shortly we will install Air conditioning also in the other 2 rooms.
The owner of the apartment made a very large investment in the apartment in 2023-2024. The entire floor in the entire apartment was replaced in favor of a large and unique floor. The large 120x120 embossments were able to give the apartment a unique atmosphere.
