We are delighted to have you here and want to make sure you enjoy your stay to the fullest. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone, we ask that you follow a few rules and regulations:

Keep the House Closed:
To prevent any animals or people who are not part of the reservation from entering, we recommend keeping the doors and windows closed when you are not home.

Quiet Hours:
Out of respect for our neighbors, we ask that you keep the noise level down after 11:00 PM until 6:00 AM.

No Smoking:
This house is a smoke-free space. We ask that you do not smoke inside the house or in enclosed areas. If you wish to smoke, please do so in the designated outdoor areas and be sure to completely extinguish any cigarettes.

Pets:
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the house to ensure the comfort of all guests and maintain cleanliness.

Property Care:
We ask that you treat our home with the same care and respect that you would give your own home. If any accidental damage occurs, please let us know immediately.

Occupancy Limit:
The maximum occupancy of the house is 18 people. Please respect this limit to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.

Respect for Nature:
We are located in a natural setting. We ask that you be responsible with your use of water and electricity, and that you avoid leaving trash on the beach or in natural areas.

Check-Out:
We appreciate that you check out at 11 AM to allow us to prepare the house for future guests.

DO NOT throw paper on the toilet. In case of clogging it, the plumbing costs are the responsibility of the guest.
