The space has 2 bedrooms with one kings size and one queen size bed with an additional pullout bed that can accommodated up to five guests. The master bedroom is also fitted with a large flat screen smart TV. Each bed is fitted with a high end mattress and linen to provide a cloud like sleeping experience. Each room is beautifully and meticulously decorated to provide a clean and modern look while still providing a warm and comfortable setting.
An open concept kitchen is fully equipped and stocked for all your culinary needs which includes coffee maker, gas stove, oven, toaster, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, blender and dish ware for all your cooking needs. The open concept flows to the dinning room with a custom hand made hardwood table for six. The living room as a large flat screen smart TV and comfortable seating for six for a perfect night at home.

A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $350 WILL BE HELD TEMPORARILY FOR 7 DAYS AFTER CHECKOUT AND WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE RETURNED TO YOU AFTER THOSE 7 DAYS. IF ANY OF THESE FUNDS NEED TO BE COLLECTED DUE TO DAMAGE TO THE PROPERTY WE WILL CONTACT YOU FIRST AND PROVIDE A DETAILED REPORT.
-You will be given only 1 physical key, we recommend that you leave the key in the safe every time you leave the apartment to avoid losing it.
Every time you leave the key in the lockbox, mix up the numbers even when checking out.
If you lose your key, you will be charged a fee of $40 USD for a replacement.

-You will be given an access card(s) to access the building's main entrance and amenities.
If you lose your card, there will be a $25 USD replacement fee per card.

-If you are going to use the parking space, you will be provided with an access tag to open the parking barrier.
If you lose or break your access tag, you will be charged a $35 USD replacement fee.

-We kindly ask you to take care of white bedding, such as sheets and duvet covers. There will be a $ charge for stained or ruined linens.
