- The SITTING AREA has a plush sofa and a Smart TV that’s a wonderful place to unwind at the end of the day. There are floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that give direct access to the private outdoor terrace. This space also includes a DESK and CHAIR, creating the perfect laptop-friendly workspace.



- The PRIVATE TERRACE features a dining table to enjoy your culinary creations or just drinks with your company and a great view of the city.



- A KITCHEN well-equipped with high-quality appliances and all the extras to prepare any meal of the day if you wish, and the important extras included, like a coffee maker for your morning kickstart and a blender for your afternoon mixers. There’s a BREAKFAST BAR with 2 stools for convenience.



- For enjoying a sit-down meal, the stylish DINING TABLE can accommodate 8 comfortably.

Guest Access:

Although self-check-in is available, all adult guests must provide a copy of their ID before arrival, to be granted access to the property on the day of check-in. All guests and visitors must be registered with their IDs at least 24 hours before check-in.



The Neighborhood:

Polanco's ambiance is a harmonious blend of tranquility and urban vitality. It's a place where you can enjoy leisurely strolls, indulge in world-class shopping, savor diverse culinary experiences, and immerse yourself in Mexico City's rich cultural heritage. Polanco is also home to some of Mexico City's most iconic landmarks. Chapultepec Park is one of the largest urban parks in the world, and there, you can tour an actual castle. The neighborhood's strategic location ensures easy access to various parts of the city, making it an ideal base for both business travelers and tourists.



Getting Around:

The property is approximately 17 km to/from the Aeropuerto Internacional Benito Juarez (MEX). If not driving, you can get around by taxi (look for the authorized taxi stands inside the airport terminal. These taxis are safe and regulated. When taking a taxi in the city, ensure you agree on the fare with the driver before starting the journey. It's generally a good idea to have some local currency (Mexican Pesos) on hand to pay for the taxi ride. There are also private car services and rideshare companies like Uber and DiDi.

- Failure to send the IDs will result in denied access to the building.

- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. Visitors must provide their ID one day in advance, or building security will deny them access.

Perfect location near many restaurants and within easy walking distance to the auditorio national, Chapultepec park, bike rentals, and museum of anthropology. We didn’t spend enough time on the terrace as it was rainy season but the apartment was very comfortable. The upstairs maids quarters and laundry did smell of sewer gas’s but that’s pretty normal for Mexico, and the only thing up there was access to the larger terrace and a small bathroom that we didn’t need as there are 2.5 baths on the main level. The concierge Joel was amazing; he was so friendly and shared that he has lived in our city, Tulsa , OK! He was very helpful. Overall it was perfect for our family of adults. Check in and out was easy. Polanco neighborhood is definitely the place to be. Thank you so much!!

This place was perfect for my wife, I and our 2 adult kids. The location was within walking distance of just about everything we wanted to do and see. There were also plenty of great restaurants to choose from nearby. The unit itself is very nice and comfortable. We loved using the two different outdoor living areas. The only little downfall is in regard to the 3rd bedroom. It does not have a window that opens so would be a little stuffy. However we didn’t need it so it was no problem. The property manager also did a great job and was very attentive. He reached out to us our first day to make sure everything was going well. If we make it back to Mexico City we will definitely try to stay here again.

Outstanding!

This apartment was one of the highlights of our recent trip to CDMX.We've visited the city previously, but it was our first time staying in the Polanco neighborhood, and the apartment is sooo well-located. Friendly, professional, 24-hour doormen/security (24hr was surprising given I believe there are only 8 apartments).Often, you wonder if a unit will live up to the photos, and this apartment absolutely does. The spaciousness you see in the posting is not a wide angle lens effect....the apartment is open, spacious, and extremely well laid out. The terrace off the front adds to the sense of space, and the private rooftop terrace is an absolute gem. After a busy day, it was the perfect setting to enjoy a glass of wine and recount stories from the day's activities. The two ensuite bathrooms provide privacy for the two main bedrooms, and I wish we had the walk-in closet design and space in our own home!The host was wonderful to coordinate with. The check-in process was seamless, and messaging replies were near-immediate. Just very, very professional and responsive. We would absolutely stay here again.

Stylish and comfortable condo

I stayed at this condo for my birthday with a group of friends and we loved it. It’s a beautiful space with plenty of outside areas. The beds were soft and comfortable. The host was always quick with communication and the security of the building were friendly. It’s walking distance to many restaurants and cafes in the upscale Polanco neighborhood.

Great apartment in a perfect location

This was a lovely, modern apartment that perfectly fit the description and pictures. The location is ideal, in the heart of Polanco and a block away from a lovely park and close to many restaurants. The doorman is very friendly and helpful. No concerns although we did find the online registration process a bit onerous.
