➜ Full sets of hotel-quality sheets and duvets for the beds and enough towels

➜ Dining room with a large dining table that comfortably accommodates 6

➜ Kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a large fridge and stove



➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 01 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:

Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.



Guest Access:

➤ The guest will have access to the entire property. Please, make yourself at home.



➤ Please note that this unit does include parking. However, no parking on the grass, and cannot block the sidewalk.

Additionally, ride-sharing services are readily available, ensuring you can effortlessly reach nearby dining spots, entertainment venues, and cultural hotspots.



Other Things to Note:

➤ The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 17 - 25 degrees Celsius. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.



➤ Unfortunately, we can’t offer a bag drop-off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.



➤ I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away it will be returned to sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package you will physically be there to receive it as I will not be able to track it for you.



➤ My house is equipped with two cameras (one camera on the front porch and another in the back) to ensure comprehensive security coverage.
