Buena Vista is a quaint neighborhood in Miami, Florida, enriched with a vibrant mix of history and charm. It`s ideally positioned north of Downtown Miami and abutting the Miami Design District. Buena Vista is a culturally diverse area with a unique blend of arts, dining, and shopping experiences. Buena Vista has been booming ever since the Design District took off. There are numerous high end restaurants popping up all over NE 2nd Ave which is the commercial street which borders Buena Vista to the East.

There is space to park 2 cars on the driveway. The home has a next unit; 2 more parking spaces are for that unit. The quiet hours are 10pm-8am. This is enforced to respect our neighbors.
