Please Note: Events and parties require prior approval. Unauthorized gatherings may incur fees. Occasionally, we host weddings and other events in the garden; guests are informed so noise is kept to a minimum, and events always end by 10 PM to maintain a peaceful environment.

Sofa Bed Instructions:
Turning the sofa into a bed is simple! Remove the cushions, pull the handle under the seat straight out until the frame is fully extended, then lift the folded mattress and lay it flat over the frame. When done, fold the mattress back, push the frame in, and replace the cushions to return it to a sofa.
