The space

This condo of 818 sq ft with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and resort-like amenities, is spacious, stylish, and well equipped for a couples getaway or a friends and family trip.

The main living space is professionally designed to be tasteful as well as comfortable for your stay. The kitchen has everything you need including top-of-the-line appliances such as a glass top stove, oven, toaster, a Nesspreso coffeemaker, cooking pots, and utensils.

The dining area has a table and four chairs, it leads into the living room which has a small working area (Desk) and, a comfortable full-size sofa bed along with a Smart TV and access to the balcony with panoramic views of Biscayne Bay where you can sit back and enjoy amazing sunsets!!!

The master bedroom includes 1 king-size bed, 1 full bath, a TV, a small walking closet, and direct access to the balcony.

The Secondary Bedroom has 1 queen-sized bed, TV, closet, and direct access to the balcony.

Inside you'll find bath and hand towels, washcloths, fresh linens and additional linens for the sofa bed, and complimentary toiletries.

Guest access

- Upon your arrival go to the front desk present your ID (To check in you have to be 21+), and tell them your unit number so they can confirm your registration and check you in.
