It is a penthouse with a luxurious view. The unit was clean and we had a great time at the beach. The shower nozzles do not work leading to a drip at the head not strong enough to wash your face, and a mediocre spray at the knees. Upon notifying the host, she messaged me that a service person checked our shower and she had ordered a new panel for less than 24 hour delivery and install. Not surprisingly, it never showed or was installed. In addition to the shower not functioning properly, the hair dryer does not work, and the left sink only has hot water. There was a lot of dark/black hair throughout the apartment. You will receive no information until the exact time of check-in, which is different than a lot of VRBO processes. Understandably, the codes, access details, etc can’t be shared, but tips on shops, restaurants, etc can all be sent ahead of time rather than so much all at once. The host will not have provided all guests names and ages to the building security and thus at check-in, you will need to leave the line/check-in process, complete this task at a separate kiosk, and rejoin the end of the line. This is a wristband facility. All persons age 16 need to show ID and to be present at check-in to get wristbands.The beach is not groomed and the beach patrol heavily monitors swimmers, restricting any swim past ankle deep. For a variety of reasons specific to this property, and not necessarily the apartment, this is not a place we will return or recommend.

The AC was not working when we arrived, the issue was resolved 24 hours later...it was 80 degrees in the condo. This rental is located in a historic building and the elevator system is terrible! It would take 10 minutes to get an elevator to your floor. The valet system has long wait times as well exceeding 20-30 minutes. Interaction with host was less than professional with members of our group. Lesson learned this trip to Miami, stay at a reputible hotel next time.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was very clean, spacious and had plenty of towels, extra bedding/blankets/pillows, beach chairs and even a small cooler. Convenient beach access. Pool is big and has plenty of lounge chairs. Having 2 markets and restaurants in the building was so nice. The on-site parking with valet service was great. Host was quick to communicate and gave us detailed instructions that made check in and our stay hassle free. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Beautiful Unit and Beach

Unit was clean, comfortable and just as pictured (including bonus of 4 nice beach chairs and boogie boards). The stretch of beach it is located on was beautiful!! The only downside is the building is understaffed (VERY slow check in and Valet service) and a bit run down - elevators are VERY slow, pool deck is ok.

Beautiful view and nice condo.

The apartment is nice and worked well for our stay as a family of four. Everything we needed was there and made for a nice stay in Miami. My only issue was that the apartment is along the elevators and you can hear them going up and down, it's not very loud but you can hear it. I would recommend having some kind of white noise maker when sleeping. The check-in and valet can be a little hectic, but not a big issue.

Great Location and condo

Perfect size condo for friends to spend a few days of R&R. The Host / service had stocked the condo with every amenity (Shampoo, soaps, towels, linen, beach chairs and umbrella, etc. The Kitchen was well equipped with appliances, Washer, dryer etc. Access to the beach was fantastic. The pool area could have done with more furniture - very sparse.

Incredible View!

We really enjoyed our stay. The view out the window to the beach and ocean is second to none. The penthouse is really nice! The location is ideal for being right on the beach but in an area where it’s not super crowded. You have easy access to everything but don’t have to be in the crazy area of South Beach.

Beautiful condo, Wonderful Manager (Moana)

This penthouse condo is beautifully decorated. The pictures are accurate. The towels, bedding, kitchenware, decorations are all high quality. The check-in instructions are a bit involved if you have a vehicle with you. Valet is an issue. They are not friendly or helpful. Sometimes there are long waits returning your vehicle or retrieving it. Moana is very responsive whenever you message her. The pool area was large but there were only 31 lounge chairs. The area could support more than 100. Also, most of the loungers were missing straps. This has nothing to do with the condo, but with property maintenance. WIFI in the condo was great, but very spotty by the pool area. Once again, the condo is as advertised, property was clean, enough towels, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, shampoo, body lotion, beach chairs, etc. There were also kitchen spices in the cabinet. I would recommend this property.

This was an amazing experience, so clean and beautiful. The owner made sure the penthouse was properly air conditioned, even as the building was having AC maintenance done. Oh my gosh the views along the ocean facing the beach were superb. There are shops for snacks and drinks, the Tiki bar has fun drinks, beach had waves and warm water. There is a promenade, wish I had more time to walk along the beach. Only thing missing from kitchen was coffee. Lots of tea. We used the laundry machines and it was so convenient. Food in restaurant was yummy. Thank you Mona for a great stay.

Fantastic

The condo was very clean and updated with an incredible view. The property manager was very helpful, and came in person to help with the check in process (I've never known a property manager to do that before). The hotel itself was a little run down and dirty, but the value of the condo made up for it.

Great Time In A Great Place

My experience with this suite was absolutely awesome. Mona made the experience so much easier for me and my family. She personally handled our check in process and even escorted us to the suite. The View here is not able to be put into words. Waking up every morning to a sunrise over that blue water was simply amazing. This was an unforgetable trip and I highly recomend. My advice would be to brush up on some simple spanish as it will come in very handy, do not get overwhelmed by the check in a valet process, pack light as there are not many luggage caddies to utilize and there were no handicap ramps or service elevators that we could find to use from ground level (May be one some where but I couldn't find it).

Great location. The host was great with communication. Great space. Three negatives: the check-in was horrible (long line with just one person at the desk all the time), valet was a madhouse (need more attendants) and the common areas desperately needed a face lift.

Great host

The property is clean and in great location. Host is clear and precise in communication, check-in was quick and easy. A couple cons that's worth to mention - 1) valet parking is terrible and slow (even call them ahead), we only use the car in the morning and dinner time. 2) The elevator is right behind the unit, and it is running all night and a bit noisy during sleeping time. So make sure to bring your earbuds. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We did not use the amenities/services on the complex so we can not comment on on that.

Spacious and well maintained condo. The walk out access to the beach is convenient and the beach chairs and umbrella were an added bonus. The directions from Mona were extremely helpful. Suggest reading them carefully a couple of times before you arrive. Vallet parking was easy to use and well staffed. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Look No Further

This property was described accurately. In fact, there are some amenities that are not mentioned. Although I did not need these items, it was nice that they were there. For example, body wash, shampoo, toothbrushes, tooth paste, razors. There were ample towels. The pictures are representative of the property. The kitchen was ample if you want to cook. We only used the microwave and fridge. It is nice and spacious. There view could not have been better. Let me say it again, THE VIEW COULD NOT BE BETTER. Valet parking was appreciated and a nice touch. They were often slow and calling ahead did not really help. This is not Mona's fault. Mona was great to communicate with prior to and during our stay. There was an issue with the air conditioning in the evening. I reached out to Mona and it was addressed the next day by the maintenance department and Mona came by to ensure it was resolved. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Beautiful and spacious!

We loved everything! The penthouse was BEAUTIFUL!!! Plenty of space and mirrors for 5 girls to get ready, all our stuff, still had space to sit and 3at at a table. Loved the full fridge and kitchen and washer and dryer. Location right next to beach. The host was very helpful and quick to respond to every message. Only comment, not a complaint, it's the building, not necessarily the unit, you can faintly hear the elevators. This was only a minor issue for only part of our group.

Beautiful property and view!

The property was spacious with fantastic views of the sunrise and ocean. The kitchen has everything you would need and the clothes washer and dryer help minimize packing. Beach chairs, umbrellas and towels were provided and much appreciated. The owner was a pleasure to work with and was an excellent host.

Great Location with an even better view.

Sipping on some coffee, reading a book and looking out at an ocean that never ends, is a great way to start off the day. Room was clean, but needs some slight touch ups. The only real negative is the check in process. Long line for valet and long line in the lobby.
