We had a good overall stay at this vacation rental. The unit looked exactly like it did in the listing photos, which we really appreciated, so no surprises there. The view was absolutely amazing and easily one of the highlights of our trip. The location was also perfect, making it easy to get around and enjoy everything nearby.That said, we did run into a few issues with the building itself. The elevators were inconsistent and sometimes slow, and our interactions with the front desk staff and building management weren’t always the most pleasant or helpful.On a positive note, the host was fantastic. Communication was stellar from start to finish; quick, clear, and very accommodating whenever we had questions or needed assistance. That really helped balance out some of the building-related frustrations.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the unit itself, especially for the views and location, but just be aware of a few potential hiccups with the building amenities and staff.

2909 is a fantastic condo. Clean well equipped with a large deck in and a great view. The only issue with my the resort is the people working there. Very unfriendly and if you ask a question they act like you are a inconvenience. Over all it a great place and enjoyed the vacation.

Great views with a clean room. The condo was bigger than what we expected from viewing the pictures. Perfect size for two adults and two kids. The pool area is big and was never crowded. The host was quick to respond when I had questions. The only down side is the lines at the elevator got long during busy times of the day where you had to wait a while.

The condo was very nice and a great view. Kitchen had good supplies and location of the condo is great. Very busy resort type location. So lots of people checking in and around the facility at all times. Just so you are prepared for a lot of people around.

The amenities were excellent, the only issue, was we were caught by surprise with the mandatory valet parking. Very nice modern condo. Clean and new. Nicely stocked kitchen. Everything we needed for a quick getaway. Spectacular view from the huge balcony. Large pool area on the 9th floor. The beach right where they have the chairs and umbrellas is a little narrow and the chairs are pretty close together but not a big deal. Two of the best restaurants in the area are right there. There is also a nice Argentinian bakery close by. Also a Wal-Mart you can easily walk to. Note that there is an additional per person/per night resort fee.

Room was clean but a few things needs a little attention. The toliet wouldn't flush and the bathroom sink filled with water. Which made it hard to use. The dryer door wouldn't shut so we were usable to use it. Remote control wouldn't work. They also forgot to leave linings for the pull out. So we had to strip the master bed for the pull out. They did bring lining the next day, but still no blanket just sheets. We greatly appreciate the host for doing what she could do at the time. The views were amazing. Just need to do some updates on the unit.

We really enjoyed our time here. The building and pool area are beautiful. Lyfe personnel were all very nice and helpful. For the room, the bed is firm, but ok. We weren't able to find bedding for the couch, but it was fine. The kitchen had everything we could have needed. We didn't cook, but we could have! One thing that was bothersome, is that there could have more hooks for hanging things and there is NO full length mirror...at all. No mirror in the bedroom, at all. So if someone was in the bathroom, no one else can do hair or make up in another area. It's an easy fix, add a full length mirror and another mirror somewhere else... and some hooks. Even still, I would stay here again. Thank you!!

when on agent advertises on apartment everything should be in working order & they should not be hiding from you any shortcomings with the Apartment and also make themselves available thru email , Phone and text and not hide. in my case the light fixture right above the table in the dining area was not working and Yes they knew about it as they told me . however they should not decide what is important for me or not i call that dishonest this is the kind of agents you employ. which i was not happy , in all honesty you just dont care & the only thing you do is LIE and collect money to be really fully honest. there is no phone to contact you and you don't come around to check. whom are you trying to fool ., i call this the real American way just pretend. however you don't even know how to pretend and put up a good show.

I have been to this apartment for the second time, beautiful view from the 29th floor, elegant, clean, comfortable bed in the bedroom and above all a beautiful, large balcony overlooking the ocean and the city is a great place for a morning breakfast or coffee I highly recommend this place I will definitely go back there

Great Condo and location to the Ocean

My wife and I love the property and the proximity to the ocean. The resturant, swimming pool and access to the ocean was remarkable. The only suggestion for the owner to replace the mattress as it had wear and tear causing some discomfort. Thank you.

Beautiful unit and resort

I recently stayed at Life Resort in Hallandale Beach, and it was such a great experience. The unit felt like a cozy one-bedroom apartment with resort-style comfort—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The ocean view was absolutely stunning, and having not one but two balconies made it even more special. The space was clean, comfortable, and ideal for me and my partner.
