The apartment has a swimming pool next to the inter-coastal channel, which allows you to enjoy some of the most extraordinary Miami boats sailing through these waters.
You may also want to exercise at the gym, with a great view to the inter-coastal.

The building has a front desk 24/7. However our regular check-in time is from 4PM to 10PM.
If for any reason you need to check-in after 10PM you should contact us to coordinate the after check-in time in advance.
If you have an emergency between 10PM and 8AM, we will not be able to address to your message thru this communication channel. Please contact us via phone. Emergency number is available for Emergency purposes only. Otherwise and if not an emergency, feel free to leave us a message and it will be responded first thing in the morning.

In specific floors, you will find ice maker and vending machines.

Please note that this is a NON-SMOKING place. Smoking of all types of herbs, tobacco and also e-cigarette is prohibited.

We love animals, however, NO PETS are allowed in our establishment.

Hallandale Beach City is located between Sunny Isles and Hollywood beaches.
This exclusive and family-friendly beach is one of the best located, in north Miami Beach. This is a quiet neighbour, out of the crowds and sounds of the south beaches.
In the immediate surroundings you will be able to find all the necessary basics shops for your vacation: from supermarket to pharmacies, restaurants, fancy malls and gulfstream. Being close to the beach is one of the major attractions, our property is located right accross the bridge. Can be reach in a short and pleasant walk (or just take the condominium shuttle!)

Our property has a Parking and Valet service (paid separately) You can also park for free in Walmart right in front of the BeachWalk building or in the public parking permitted areas in the street. “at your own risk”

Complimentary suttle service to/from the beach every 15 minutes up to 5PM. Beach is also 2 min walk.

Other shuttle services are available under additional payment, to/from: airports, Sawgrass Mills Premium Outlets, SoBe, Miami Design District and most common touristic areas.

BeachWalk bicycles are available for rent.
If you love to walk, there are nice sidewalks around the area. Beach is literally 2 minutes walk, but you can also take the complementary BeachWalk shuttle service to go to/return form the beach, availabke daily up to 5PM.
There are many restaurants walking distance, along with great variety of shops in the area.
Gulfstream Park, 5 min drive.
Aventura Mall 10 minutes drive.
Hollywood Beach Broadwalk 5 min drive, Sunny Isles 10 min drive, Bar Harbour Shops 20 min drive.

Clean, safe building. Need the room key in order to use the elevator to your floor, access from the parking garage etc. I was surpried when I found out we could not self park our vehicle, so the mandatory Valet Parking fee was a shock. I thought I read in the information when booking the suite that self park was available, but I could be mistaken. There are fees when checking in, for the property amenities, valet parking, and damage deposit, so keep those in mind when booking. Other than that, the property was excellent and the pool was heated and super clean with nice lounge chairs. The pool area and beach access were the best! We also had an amazing view, I highly recommended a harbour view from the 20th floor and higher. We will definitely be coming back!
