The Space:

This spacious 1-bedroom condo is ideal for 2 adults (plus children), though it can comfortably sleep up to 4 adults if needed. It features a plush king-size bed with luxurious linens, a large bathroom, and a dining area with table for six. The living room includes a comfortable sofa bed, 65-inch smart TV, while the bedroom has a 55-inch smart TV — both equipped with Netflix and cable channels. A dedicated workstation and high-speed internet make it perfect for business travelers.



Please note: While the unit can accommodate up to 4 adults, only 2 adult amenities passes will be provided as per building rules. Children under 18 do not require passes or count toward the limit.

With all essentials provided, this condo ensures a relaxing and convenient stay for both leisure and work.

Icon Resort is home to the renowned W Hotel, offering free access to all amenities: fitness center, world-class spa with steam rooms and cold plunge pools, and a variety of daily classes, including yoga and Pilates. Please note that class availability is subject to scheduling, which is beyond the host's control.



Amenities Access:

To enjoy the amenities, please note that a QR code is required. You can obtain this code from security at ground level. Simply take the elevator to the first floor and press "G." The QR codes are available for pickup during check-in hours from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM.



The Neighborhood:

Brickell offers the best of Miami's walkable city life. Just steps from Brickell City Centre, Mary Brickell Village, and Brickell Key, you'll enjoy everything from scenic jogs along the bay to a vibrant nightlife surrounded by Miami's top dining and entertainment spots. Indulge in renowned restaurants like Zuma, Komodo, and Sexy Fish, visit rooftops like Sugar, unwind at lounges like The Tea Room, or explore local bars such as SoCal and 8th Street Brickell Bar. For coffee lovers, nearby spots like Crema and Rosemary Bakery are just a short walk away.



Your stay at Icon in Brickell provides everything you need to relax, work, shop, and experience Miami’s nightlife, all within an easy-to-navigate urban core.



Getting Around:

Most guest use Uber and/or Lift but we also have a the Metro Mover and Metro Rail stations less than 2 blocks away right next to Brickell City Center.



Metromover is a free people mover service that operates seven days a week in the downtown Miami and Brickell area. Major destinations include the FTX Arena, home of the Miami HEAT, Bayside Marketplace, Adrienne Arsht Center, Museum Park, Art and Science Museum, Miami Dade College, and the Miami-Dade County School Board.



Metrorail provides service to Miami International Airport (MIA) and runs from Kendall through South Miami, Coral Gables, and downtown Miami; to the Civic Center/Jackson Memorial Hospital area; with connections to Broward (Ft. Lauderdale) and Palm Beach counties at three locations: Historic Overtown Lyric Theatre station – transfer to Brightline, MIA (Orange Line) and the Tri-Rail (Green Line) stations – transfer to Tri-Rail.



Other Things to Note:

Current Update (January 2026): Due to ongoing scheduled building repairs (through February 2026), the main outdoor pool is closed Monday through Thursday and open only on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. All other amenities (gym, spa with plunge pools/steam/sauna, fitness center, etc.) remain fully available.



Parking: Valet parking is available on the premises and operates like a hotel service (no in-and-out privileges; rates apply per exit). Current overnight rate is approximately $50–$60 + tax (higher during events/holidays — please confirm with the front desk upon arrival).



For more affordable options, several public parking garages are within 1–2 blocks. You can also check services like Parkopedia, ParkWhiz., or Parking com for nearby spots.



Check-In Requirements: Self check-in is not available — a host or representative must be present to meet you and facilitate entry/registration. Please provide your estimated arrival time in advance. Check-ins after 10:00 PM will incur a $50 late fee; after midnight, a $100 fee.



All amenities are available to guests; however, please be aware that certain amenities or areas may occasionally be closed due to events, maintenance, or weather-related issues. These closures are managed by the building administration and are beyond our control. Guests acknowledge that temporary closures or limited access to amenities may occur, and the host is not responsible for these instances. No discounts or breach of agreement will be recognized due to these temporary closures.
