The building was built in 1925 and apartment renovated in 2024. The building lies within the Miami Beach Architectural District (also known as the Art Deco District), which was listed on the National Park Service’s National Register of Historic Places.

One block from famous Collins ave, and two blocks from the Versace mansion, CVS Pharmacy, Publix grocery, Target and Whole Foods, Nikki Beach right at your door steps.
