Check in was poor due to system being down (poor WiFi - as mentioned by others) so given room 113 (receptionist was trying her best and coped well). Taken to room and noticed it was so small no room for bedside table (one side against the wall, other side wardrobe). Made a coffee and had to use a pen to stir it (no spoons), turned on spotlight above bed and sparks flew out of it and power went out (it was also pretty much hanging off the wall). Reception were very apologetic and gave me another room. Well at least this one had spoons! Slightly bigger but no remote for TV and WiFi down (still was offline when I left at 6:30am). Decided against breakfast as couldn't wait to leave. Whoever said room 102 was lovely clearly enjoys peeling walls, drawer full of roll up papers and a feather? Don't let the entrance fool you. This place needs serious attention!!

Rare Gem

Excellent service and staff. Fantastic food. Been staying there at least 1 day every week for over 6 months now & they've been consistently delivering quality & fantastic services. Couldn't ask more.
