This spacious 3 bed 1.5 bath townhouse has plenty of driveway parking and open backyard for kids to play in.

Conveniently located off I-75, it is close to so many places within a short distance.

This townhouse has 2 floors and an open backyard with the neighbors (no fence)

Townhouse Layout:
The first floor has an open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen. Work desk on the main floor (with very fast WiFi). Laundry is next to the kitchen.
Half bath by the front door.
Garage parking available - only opens and closes from inside

Upstairs:
Primary Bedroom - King Bed + 50" TV
(connects to bathroom and has separate vanity inside bedroom)
Bedroom 2 - King Bed
Bedroom 3 - Full Bed
Full Bath 1 - shower + tub

We provide only 100% cotton towels and sheets from West Elm and Parachute
Our bedrooms have really comfortable mattresses as well as sturdy and functional furniture that you would use at home.


Washer and dryer are available in the laundry room on the first floor. We also provide Tide detergent for any emergency laundry needs that come up!


Amenities:
We use 100% cotton duvets and cotton sheets on all the beds.

bathroom - Charmin, Pantene/Head & Shoulders shampoo and Olay/Dove body wash
kitchen - Dawn, Bounty, Cascade, & Keurig Starbucks k-cups
all sheets washed in Tide

You are able to use the garage but it only opens and closes from the inside the garage.
No visitors or guests other than those on the reservation are allowed. No tampering of the camera or WiFi. If there are any violations of this, the reservation will be terminated with no refunds.

No shoes inside on the carpet. any stains will incur $300 carpet cleaning fee.

Strict early check in and late check out fees apply. Please coordinate ahead of time. Otherwise, $50/30 min late fee will be charged. Thanks!
