Entire Inn Block & restaurant!

Summary:

Rare opportunity, 8 room, 8 bath entire Inn block, sleeps 18 guests. Each private bedroom has its own on suite full bath and comes equipped with tv, mini fridge, ac, closet and extra bedding. Full-service restaurant on the first floor open to the public for lunch and dinner but can be rented at an additional cost for a private event. The restaurant will serve as common space for the inn guests from the hours of 8a-10:15a. Parking for up to 11 cars. Large windows throughout, bright & spacious.



The Space:

Our inn was recently renovated with comfortable size rooms. Select rooms feature a spa bath. The inn is located on the second and third floor of the building.



First floor: Restaurant and Bar

Second Floor: Room 1 (Queen) Room 2 (Queen) Room 3 (Queen, Queen) Room 4 (Queen) Room 5 (Queen)

Third Floor: Room 6 (Queen) Room 7 (King) Room 8 (King)



You can order food and drinks to your room during restaurant hours. You can also comfortably dine in the restaurant during hours of operation.

UPON REQUEST: Restaurant available for private breakfast service (bagels, yogurt, coffee & fruit) upon REQUEST at additional charge.

(Please note - you need to let us know that you would like to add on breakfast service and we will charge you the additional service charge)



Common Space: The Restuarant has offered their space to our guests from the hours of 8a-10:15a for the use of common gathering space. We ask that you clean up after yourselves and DO NOT take any beverages from the bar or enter the kitchen at any time. Cameras are actively recording in the restaurant area.



Guest Access:

You and your guests will have acess to the entire inn and parking in the back.



No Elevator/Stair Access Only

Safe, centrally located, mixed commercial and residential use.



Other Things to Note:

- Please note this is Rheas Kitchen & Inn. There is a different hotel called Rheas by the Sea. These are two separate locations.
