Beach House Baby is a peaceful and centrally-located three bedroom townhome on the eastside of Route 1 in Lewes, Delaware. Located steps from a golf course, close to the Tanger Outlets and many other Delmarva attractions. Bring your bike to cycle to downtown Lewes and to the Lewes beaches, including Cape Henlopen State Park. You can store your bikes in the outdoor bike rack (bring your own bike lock) in the development. Every bedroom includes a smart TV, ceiling fan, bed linens, and blackout curtains for your comfort.

Step into the foyer of Beach House Baby via convenient self check-in with keyless entry and head straight to the open concept living-dining-kitchen area. Relax on comfy chairs or on the sofa and chat by a fire in the electric fireplace or you can enjoy watching a movie or tv show on the smart tv with your own log in for your favorite streaming channels. A DVD player and some DVDs are also provided here. The sofa opens up to reveal a sofa bed, which creates an extra sleeping area if you and your family and friends want to spread out while sleeping.

Anyone who shares in the cooking will remain part of the action, with the well equipped kitchen just steps away from the living room. You'll find all the standard major appliances-refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher-along with a good selection of small kitchen appliances including a blender, toaster, air fryer, single cup coffeemaker and waffle maker. The kitchen also includes all of the plates, bowls, cutlery, drinking and wine glasses, serving ware, pots and pans, and utensils you need to prepare and serve your favorite recipes.

Dine at the nearby table, which seats four. You will find additional dining seating for four on the deck, which is immediately outside of the back patio door nearby to the dining table.

After enjoying your day exploring Lewes and the surrounding areas, you can head to bed in your choice of three bedrooms. Every bedroom includes a smart Roku TV, ceiling fan, blackout curtains, linens, and a mirror. Two bedrooms also include a desk.

On the main floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and nightstands and lamps on both sides of the bed. You can enjoy watching the Roku TV from the comfortable bed. You'll also find a workspace for any remote school or work needs. A mirror is available for your convenience as you enter this bedroom. A closet in this bedroom includes hangers for your clothes.

A full bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet is nearby to this bedroom on the first floor. It is also conveniently located next to the kitchen, dining, and living room area.

After walking up the stairs to the second floor, you will discover a bedroom with a comfortable queen bed. A smart Roku TV with streaming channels (bring your own logins) is mounted to the wall and can be watched from the bed or turned to be seen from the comfortable seating in this bedroom. Here, you will find a workspace for any work from home or school projects. Plenty of clothes storage is available in the large closet and provided dresser. Two luggage racks can be found in the closet as well. A comfortable seating area with two cozy chairs is near the entrance of this large bedroom. The queen bed is flanked by bedside tables with lamps. Charging ports are conveniently located in the sides of the headboard, which allows for easy charging of your phone and other electronic devices.

You will then discover a hall bathroom which is conveniently located in between the two bedrooms on the top floor. A tub/shower combo, as well as a sink with large vanity and toilet are included here as well.

Another bedroom is also located on the second floor. Both kids and adults will enjoy this bedroom with two twin beds. Both beds have a bedside table with touch lamps. The touch lamps include charging ports. As you can in the other bedrooms, access streaming channels in this room via Roku using your own logins to watch your favorite tv show or movie from either bed. The large closet in this bedroom includes clothes hangers, a luggage rack, and a mirror. Some of the lime green containers are filled with board games for both children and adults. Blackout curtains cover the windows in this room, which the other bedrooms also include, to help facilitate a more restful sleep.

You'll love the convenience of the laundry closet on the first floor, which includes both a washer and dryer for your use.

The beach and ocean artwork throughout the home may lead you to want to hurry out to the nearby beaches. The area also includes a lot of tax free shopping including Tanger outlets, restaurants, historical sites, wineries, golf courses, and other fun adventures.
