This apartment is located on a short distance from Max beach club and have nice sea views with southern orientation. There are 2 bedrooms separated by a toilet. In the living room you find a dinner table and a sofa with a big flat TV. If you want to stay on the balcony you have a small table and 4 seats to enjoy the views.

Large and lovely pool area with two pools, one for children. Well-kept and lush garden with large grassy areas. Walking distance to beach, padel courts and gym, grocery stores, restaurants and to Max beachclub. Several golf courses are nearby. Free parking outside the apartment. There is a lift in the building. About 25 minutes from Malaga airport and 20 minutes from Marbella.

It occupies a narrow coastal strip delimited by the cordillera Penibética (Sierra de Mijas, Sierra Alpujata, Sierra Blanca, Sierra Bermeja, Sierra Crestallina) to the north and the Mediterranean Sea to the south. The rivers are short and seasonal, while the agriculture is hampered by the lee effect caused by the Baetic System.

Walk in the other directions you find Riviera sports club where you have a nice gym, padel and tennis. There is also a beach walk along the beach that takes you all the way in to La Cala de Mijas.
