Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor apartment. Situated in the lower western border of Calahonda amidst tranquil settings. Within 10 minutes walk of the beach, shops, bars, restaurants and all facilities making Jardines de Calahonda an ideal holiday destination for families, couples and groups. Jardines has its own local neighbourhood on-site bar, handy for enjoying a refreshing drink, a light snack or an ice cream. This two bedroom (both with double beds) ground floor apartment is located in one of the best positions in the complex of Jardines Fase 1 as it is a corner apartment and as such offers dual aspect windows in the second bedroom and a large secluded part of the communal gardens to the side of the property.
The lovely sunny south west facing private terrace has direct access to the beautiful kept landscaped gardens and communal pool. The property also offers WIFI and internet enabled international TV channels. The perfect choice for all age groups. Wonderful!
As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property. The interior and terrace square metrages are estimates.
In this property you will find a comprehensive information pack complete with an extensive restaurant guide spanning the entire coast, local area information, activity options, golf course maps and much more.
Our staff are also on hand to make reservations, recommendations and ensure the smooth running of your holiday.

There is a minimum booking period of 7 nights, after that extra nights are charged pro rata. A housekeeping surcharge will apply bookings during the low and mid seasons. Please check our Suncoaster Holidays Terms and Conditions page on our website for dates and prices.
Additional person supplement -75€ per person per week (includes the supply of an inflatable full height bed, bed linen and towels).
A €50 booking fee is payable on each booking.
Linen and bath towels are provided at a charge of €30 for a 1 bedroom property, €40 for a 2 bedroom property and €60 for a 3 bedroom property.
Special rates are available for bookings of four weeks and over – please ask for details.
Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.
