This property is registered with the Andalusian Tourist board under the DECREE 28/2016. Registration number VFT/MA/70318.
A beautifully presented 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom 4th floor apartment with panoramic views in Mirador de Calahonda complex.
It comprises of a semi-open kitchen, a bright lounge / diner with a fireplace leading to a terrace with magnificent views. Glass curtains have been installed on the terrace.
There is a large master bedroom with a separate small, covered balcony, a second double bedroom and two bathrooms with showers.
The property is in excellent condition with both bathrooms completely refurbished and air conditioning installed throughout.
The gated complex has a large communal swimming pool and well-kept gardens as well as an on-site restaurant. There is a lift in the building.
Only a 20 minute walk or a 2 minute drive to all amenities and the beach.
As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property. The interior and terrace square metres are estimates.
In this property you will find a comprehensive information pack complete with an extensive restaurant guide spanning the entire coast, local area information, activity options, golf course maps and much more.
Our staff are also on hand to make reservations, recommendations and ensure the smooth running of your holiday.

There is a minimum booking period of 7 nights, after that extra nights are charged pro rata. A housekeeping surcharge will apply to all bookings. Please check our Suncoaster Holidays Terms and Conditions page on our website for dates and prices.
Additional person supplement -75€ per person per week (includes the supply of an inflatable full height bed, bed linen and towels).
Special, discounted rates are available for bookings of four weeks and over – please ask for details.
Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.
THIS PROPERTY DOES ALLOW DOGS- Please be aware that there will be an extra €20.00 added at point of booking.
IMPORTANT- there will also be an additional €200 added to the existing damage deposit. This will be taken automatically with your final balance payment, 4 weeks prior to your arrival date. The €200 damage deposit for the dog, plus the existing damage deposit cost, will be returned to you within 14 days of your check out date. Subject to a satisfactory property inspection.
