This new, modern 3 bedroom penthouse apartment is located in the beautiful secure residential complex of Casa Banderas near La Cala de Mijas. The property has a private plunge pool and many other facilities to enjoy outdoor living including 2 gas BBQ.
The gated complex has 3 communal outdoor pools,, a paddle court, children's play area, spa, indoor Gym and outdoor sport machines.
1.5km to the beach and the town. Closest supermarket is 1km.
With 1 secure parking space, A/C and free WIFI.
This beautifully decorated and furnished apartment is located on the third floor, with access by lift and is arranged over two floors (The roof terrace also being split level) The apartment consists of an open plan living space which leads out onto the large and spacious terraces. The lounge is furnished with a large L shaped sofa, dining table and chairs and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is also an additional lounge space, furnished with a sofa, poofs and a 50" smart TV with Apple TV. Here you can access a small terrace that is shared with the master bedroom.
The lower terrace leading out from the lounge is furnished with a sofa and chairs and a firepit, a dining table and chairs, parasols and a gas BBQ. Stairs will take you up to the spacious, split level roof terrace. On the lower level you can enjoy the multiple dining and lounge seating areas, along with the outdoor kitchen which includes a gas BBQ, sink and fridge. A few steps will take you up to the pool terrace, where you can enjoy the infinity plunge pool and six sun loungers and shower. The terraces offer beautiful mountain and sea views.
The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and has access to a small terrace area, furnished with a dining table and chairs. The master bedroom benefits from an ensuite shower room and closet area, fitted with a large walk in shower, double sinks and a bidet. The guest bedrooms are also furnished with king size beds and fitted wardrobes. The second guest bedroom offers an ensuite shower room. All bedrooms have electric shutters. There is also a separate guest shower room.
