The apartment, located in an elegant building, is large and bright. The spacious living room, with a large sofa (also bed), has a decor that combines modern and antique, a contrast that enriches the space and creates a particular harmony with the rest of the apartment. The kitchen, with a large dining table for 8 people, is modern and well equipped, with coffee maker, oven and microwave. The living area is illuminated and refreshed by a spacious balcony. The sleeping area consists of a single bedroom and a double bedroom. The two spaces are quiet, as they overlook, with a communicating balcony, on a quiet wooded courtyard, which gives intimacy and privacy to the apartment. The bathroom, with large shower, is well equipped.
