The kitchen, with a large dining table for 8 people, is modern and well equipped, with coffee maker, oven and microwave. The living area is illuminated and refreshed by a spacious balcony. The sleeping area consists of a single bedroom and a double bedroom. The two spaces are quiet, as they overlook, with a communicating balcony, on a quiet wooded courtyard, which gives intimacy and privacy to the apartment. The bathroom, with large shower, is well equipped.
