Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

- From Milan Malpensa Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the MXP1 train, getting off at the Milano Cadorna stop; from there take the MM2 (Green Line) to the Lambrate FS stop, a 2-minute walk from the property, or take a taxi (about 50 minutes).

- From Central Station, you can reach the apartment by taking the subway (M2) from Centrale FS to the Lambrate FS stop, a 2-minute walk from the property;

- If you are travelling by car, parking is not included; however, you can park at one of the several free (not guaranteed) car parks nearby.
