Upstairs, a spacious sunlit office ideal for remote work and creative sessions sits next to a comfortable bedroom and the third bathroom, so everyone keeps their own rhythm. Outdoors, a small private garden extends the living area for open-air breakfasts or evening drinks and leads to a private gym with essential equipment. The Neighborhood:

By bike you’ll reach Isola and Porta Nuova in minutes; by metro you’re downtown for museums, shopping and exhibitions.
