This bedroom has two TVs - one in the bedroom area and one in the lounge area.

You'll enter the home on the main level which includes: living room, dining room, kitchen, breakfast nook, full bathroom with walk-in shower with dual showerheads, 2 bedrooms, outdoor deck with gas fire pit, grill, large picnic table, and two lounge areas with furniture. The main level has 3 Sonos speakers, Brilliant Home device, and Echo Show to play music.

Upstairs you'll find the master bedroom suite (762 square feet) which includes a large open room with cathedral ceilings. The room is very large and has a bedroom area with a king bed, built-ins with a TV, master closet with dressing table/lighted vanity mirror, full bathroom with shower and bathtub. Up a few stairs in this room, there's a living room/lounge area with a TV, and sectional queen sleeper sofa. There's an attached solarium with a kitchenette, laundry, and a hanging swing chair overlooking Mount Tamalpais. This area has slider doors that open to an outdoor deck with gas fire pit. The master suite has two Sonos speakers, Sonos Soundbar, and Brilliant Home device to play music.

It's equipped with everything needed to function as an independent unit within the same home. Additional spaces in the guest suite include 1 bedroom with queen bed, living room with queen sleeper sofa, full bath, kitchenette, laundry, desk/workspace, and outdoor deck. There are 2 TVs - one in the bedroom, and one in the living room. In addition, There's a Sonos Soundbar in the living room and Echo alarm clock for music. The bathroom is set up with a bluetooth speaker to connect your phone to listen to music.

Please note: This property is not suitable for people with mobility issues. All guests must be able to climb stairs. The home is built into the hillside overlooking the Tamalpais Valley which makes for stunning views.

Nestled in the shadow of Mt. Tamalpais, the property overlooks the green pines of Tamalpais Valley. A perfect retreat to enjoy Northern California's charm. Take in the view from the deck shaded by a large Redwood. Catch hints of ocean air from Sausalito’s Richardson Bay a mile East & Muir Beach and the Pacific Ocean 4 miles West. Day-trippers will find themselves with too many options. Be in San Francisco or Muir Woods in 15 minutes, or the tasting rooms of Sonoma’s Gloria Ferrer in 35 minutes.

The property has a wide selection of Bay Area/Northern California travel, hiking, history, and reference books as well as multiple board games. There's a backpack with picnic supplies, a blanket, and beach towels for hiking and/or beach trips.

There are several fabulous organic high-end grocery stores and cafes nearby (Good Earth, Whole Foods) and drugstores (Walgreen's and CVS) minutes away.

The house is at the top of the hill and one of the last houses at the end of a quiet street with no through traffic. It's a serene and peaceful spot with nature views overlooking the Valley. There is ample street parking along the perimeter of the residence.
Guest access
The home is set up with a Smart lock with a code for easy check in. It is a Lockly Smartlock which is one of the most secure locks on the market.
