East Harwood Farm Cottage, Timberscombe - für 4 Personen

Das East Harwood Farm Cottage liegt hoch oben im Herzen des Exmoor-Nationalparks oberhalb von Timberscombe. Es hat eine ruhige Umgebung mit herrlichem Ausblick. Ideal für Wanderer und in Küstennähe. Das Haus ist 200 Jahre alt und grenzt an das Bauernhaus des Eigentümers an, ist jedoch sehr privat.



Das East Harwood Farm Cottage in der Nähe von Timberscombe ist ein hübsches Cottage mit herrlichem Blick auf die Landschaft von jedem Fenster an der Vorderseite des Hauses. Das Anwesen ist aus Stein gebaut und befindet sich an einer Ecke des Bauernhauses des Eigentümers nebenan. Der Hof hat einen einzigartigen Aussichtspunkt über das Tal, kaum ein anderes Grundstück ist in Sicht. Sehr ruhig und abgelegen.



Schlafmöglichkeiten für bis zu 4 Personen in zwei Schlafzimmern.

Offenes Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch.

Holzofen im Wohnzimmer plus Zentralheizung.

Gut ausgestattete Küche mit modernem Herd.

Ein Kingsize-Doppelzimmer und ein Zweibettzimmer, beide im Obergeschoss.

Familienbadezimmer im Obergeschoss mit Dusche über der Badewanne.

Patio-Bereich direkt draußen mit Tisch und Stühlen.

Lokale Kneipe mit Essen in Timberscombe (ca. 1 Meile).

Wifi, Heizung und erster Korb mit Protokollen inklusive. Zusätzliche Körbe vor Ort für je 5 Pfund

Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt.

Bis zu zwei gut erzogene Hunde sind nach vorheriger Absprache und gegen einen Aufpreis von 15 Pfund pro Hund willkommen. Wir empfehlen Ihnen, Ihren Hund im Auge zu behalten, falls er wahrscheinlich auf Entdeckungsreise geht!

Entschuldigung: Keine Kinder unter 8 Jahren, da dies ein Bauernhof mit Teichen und Vieh ist. Um die Versicherungspolice des Eigentümers einzuhalten, besteht kein Zugang zum Hof selbst oder zum Garten des Eigentümers.



Das Anwesen wird über eine 3/4 Meile Privatfahrt angefahren, die mit den Eigentümern geteilt wird, die nebenan wohnen.

Es gibt eine Terrasse direkt vor der Hütte (nicht umschlossen) mit einem Tisch und Stühlen, um ein Getränk zu genießen oder die Aussicht zu genießen.

Aus versicherungstechnischen Gründen werden die Gäste gebeten, sich auf die Auffahrt zu begeben, von der aus verschiedene Fußwege erreichbar sind. Einer führt auf die Moore und Dunkery Beacon, während ein anderer ins Tal hinabführt. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten, direkt von der Tür zu laufen.

Das Dorf Timberscombe liegt ca. 1,5 km vom Cottage entfernt. Der örtliche Pub serviert Speisen und ist hundefreundlich und familienfreundlich.
Unsere Kunden berichten, dass sie dieses Ferienhaus vor allem mit der guten Lage angenehm überrascht hat. Während deines Aufenthalts befindest du dich in der Nähe von: Dunkery Beacon. Dieses Cottage beinhaltet verschiedene Annehmlichkeiten, unter anderem einen Kamin und einen Balkon.

You can do some lovely walks without the need to drive but if you're not up for the big hills then a short drive takes you to the edge of the moor and lots of beautiful walks and views that are accessible for most people. The owners, Jane and Brian, are most excellent hosts and on hand whenever you need them.

Absolutely wonderful cottage and equally wonderful hosts! The cottage has recently been refurbished to a high standard, but still feels very cosy and homely. The area is absolutely lovely - a bit like Cornwall without the hordes of tourists - with both tranquil and spectacular walking routes. We'll be back as 1 week was not enough to explore the beauty of Exmoor, and, if available, we'll be booking the same cottage for sure. Highly recommended!

Lovely cosy property and a warm welcome

The property was exactly as listed - perfect and cosy. The weather was unkind but this did not spoil our stay. The cottage is a great place to stay to explore Exmoor and the coastline, and then return for a warm log fire in the evening. Jane and Brian were the perfect hosts - on hand when needed for suggestions/recommendations, but unobtrusive even though are living next door. We would definitely recommend!!!
