Perfect sunsets, peaceful, secluded setting, indoor bar with wine window to deck, 8 fireplaces, firetable, speakeasy-style bar, luxury design / furnishings, pool table, cornhole, games, indoor and outdoor dining, breakfast bar, large modern chef`s kitchen, 2 washer/dryers, 2 full-size refrigerators and 2 small bar / beverage refrigerators. You will struggle to find any luxury amenity or feature missing, but if you do, let us know and we just might add it for your next stay.

This is a newly constructed 6000 sq ft luxury home near the very top of the Mountain High community in Mineral Bluff, GA, which is a development of around 450 acres of beautiful mountain property right on the border of North Carolina and Georgia, with the most expansive views of the Blue Ridge Mountains you will find in any cabin in the region. Our address is 212 Kittatinny Drive, but since the address is not yet indexed on Google Maps, we have used the address of a nearby property in the listing solely to enable GPS directions (we'll provide the last half mile direction by email after booking).

Ideas for Amazing Experiences without Leaving the House:
There are wonderful activities in the area… but many will prefer to simply relax and enjoy all this unique Luxe Retreat property has to offer. Here are some ideas…
Mornings:
(1) Coffee on Main Deck: Start off the day with freshly roasted, fresh ground coffee from the main deck or middle level deck. The main deck has plenty of comfortable furniture to sit and gaze at the awesome views, which (in the mornings) often include clouds below your line of site, exposing a truly unique and dreamy long-range view of the landscape.
(2) Coffee on Mid-level deck: The mid-level deck has a sort of breakfast bar on the outer edge where you can open up a laptop or a book alongside your morning coffee if you have work to do or a great book to read while taking in the breathtaking morning views.
(3) “Hang” out: Sink into a hanging chair on lower level deck, relaxing / taking in the views while waking up slowly.
(4) Get Fit: Take a ride on the Peloton, do a dumbbell or band strength workout, or load a yoga, cardio or strength workout video on the Peloton App on the Yoga Room’s Roku TV or the BODi App, or play one of the videos loaded on the USB drive attached to the Yoga Room Roku TV (Use the Roku Media Player app on the Roku TV to access the videos stored on the attached USB drive).
(5) Cold Plunge: Try a dip in the cold plunge on the lower level deck. NOTE: This is not for everyone. Consult your doctor and make sure you are cleared for this extremely cold immersion. Generally these are 1-3 minutes only, so don’t plan to stay in for long.
(6) Sauna: Turn on the Sauna using the digital interface by the lower level bathroom shower. Just push the power button / icon on the interface and it will automatically set a 1 hour time and begin heating up to the pre-selected Sauna temperature. Wait 15-20 minutes and it will be ready to go. NOTE: Same caveat as above – consult your doctor to ensure a Sauna is right for you.
Evenings:
Sunsets – before, during, after… The 2 hours before sunset and the 2 hours after are simply glorious, and the views can be enjoyed from all three levels of the house, inside and out. Suggestion: Start around 5pm on the middle “Speakeasy” level, with your favorite beverage. Play a round of cornhole (bags) on the deck while listening to your favorite music. Transition seamlessly between the Speakeasy-themed inside and the middle level deck. As sunset approaches, gather with your favorite beverage on the main level deck. Relax, watch with wonder and awe, take some pics, connect with friends, family, and be present in the moment. After sunset, the amazing color show on the horizon begins. Enjoy it on the main deck for another half hour, and then grab the “Sonos Move 2” portable speaker from the kitchen counter dock and head to the lower level deck, where the combination of 4 outside individual swings, a Queen swing bed, a relaxing firetable, and hot tub will be your relaxation zone for the next few hours. Turn on the “outdoor party lights” (marked on the wall switch inside the Yoga room sliding door) and enjoy the perfect ambiance. Trade off between the hot tub, fire table area, and swings. The night sky is simply amazing. Around 10pm, retire to the main floor living area. Play a favorite Netflix series on the 75 inch TV with surround speakers. Be sure to shut off the music on all outside speakers (using Sonos app on your phones or the built-in iPad on the wall inside the main floor entrance).
